I can't believe I'm getting misty-eyed at a wacky Daffy Duck speech. Bauza was such a talent who embodied his Looney Tunes characters in a way very few people since Mel Blanc have done. You could tell how much he loved getting to be Bugs, Daffy, Tweety, Marvin et al.

What makes Eric Bauza’s passing even more devastating is with him gone we lose one of the last few giving it their all in Voice Acting. No matter the role he would approach it with such respect & passion for the art. It’s just not fair this happened. 💔

I went to a con in 2019 to meet Rob Paulsen, and he said there was one guy in the voice circuit who’d be the next big thing: Eric Bauza.
I started following his career and he became one of my heroes.
We’ve lost such an immense talent and light. My thoughts are with his family.
