LAWSUIT UPDATE 🚨 Day 290 of being under unlawful police investigation after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my home and steal my consoles after @Sega screwed up their clearance process. A human rights lawsuit alleging violations of Articles 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 13 & 14 by @SEGA /Fusion85/ @CityPolice was filed in March. As of today all three defendants are in default, having not filed a valid acknowledgment of service. Once again, all parties have displayed complete disregard for lawful process in not taking a High Court Human Rights lawsuit seriously. Sega attempted to engage, using a big law firm to try and scare me in to submission by arguing my claim was “totally without merit”, claiming all their fees from me, and filing a witness statement from Daniel Finegold that confirms Lindsay Cox was responsible for the clearance. The same Lindsay who recognised me when I attempted to serve the lawsuit on @SEGA in person, video attached. The full extent of that witness statement will be revealed in due course, it tells us A LOT ☕️ The police tried to send an email to the court asking for the claim to be thrown out. I’m at a loss for words with how utterly incompetent civil servants are. This has now backfired catastrophically for @CityPolice the full extent of which will be revealed soon ☕️ Fusion85 have remained entirely silent, a default judgement against them will likely follow in due course. A further lawsuit against individual officers will soon be served, alleging amongst others, material non disclosure in the warrant application process. I offered a ceasefire and the opportunity to resolve this situation almost 3 weeks ago, once again it fell on deaf ears, so i’m forced back in to the public to seek justice and accountability for how I have been treated. Apparently @CityPolice have made a criminal referral in anticipation of a not guilty plea from myself. No idea what crime i’ve allegedly committed by buying office clearance remnants from a charity sub contractor in good faith. @GamersNexus has of course been provided with ALL details and will report in due course.

Day 263 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, steal my consoles, fabricate evidence and attempt to frame me for a crime to cover up their own internal negligence. All now face default judgment on Human Rights violations and multiple individuals face personal liability lawsuits for misfeasance in public office. I eagerly await the return of my lawfully owned property.

BREAKING: After 8 months of litigation I’ve decided to drop everything. All of it. Gone. Every single claim. After a sealed High Court HRA claim, 3 N244 applications, a misfeasance claim naming 3 officers personally, audio evidence of transcript manipulation, a GamersNexus documentary, Daily Mail coverage, 1M views on a single tweet, regulatory complaints across 8 jurisdictions, and a combined litigation exposure that would make your accountant cry - @SEGA are actually great. The dawn raid on my home was a lovely surprise. Being detained for 8 hours with no lawful justification was a spiritual experience. Having my property seized for 9 months with no confirmed criminal offence has really taught me patience. Fusion85 are wonderful people just doing their best. PIPCU are absolute heroes. The transcript that somehow contains a word that doesn’t appear anywhere on my recording was probably just autocorrect. I bear no ill will toward anyone involved and wish DS Hobbs, Calvin Postance and Alex Nimako a long and peaceful retirement. April Fools 🃏 The misfeasance claim is being filed imminently. No corporate shield will be available. See you in court.

How about dealing with the corrupt @CityPolice officers who used facially invalid warrants to raid my home with @SEGA then fabricated evidence to retrospectively justify it?

Major update on the @SEGA lawsuit. As nobody acknowledged service of a sealed Human Rights Lawsuit with High Court, application has been made for default judgement against Sega for liability in the violation of my Art 8, Art 5 Art1P1 Human rights. Unbelievable mess they are in.

I have an update on the lawsuit. No competent adults appear to be working at either Sega, Fusion85 or the Police. Next weeks filings will land like a ton of bricks as the reality of their terrible decisions over the last 14 days become apparent. I’m playing chess. They appear to be playing noughts and crosses.

Yesterday a landmark Human Rights lawsuit was served on @SEGA @ their new Chiswick office. Their cowardly legal team didn’t even have the guts to face me in person and accept delivery. No bother, postal service is acceptable under CPR. Funny how big corpo’s are quick to bully individuals but cower behind a reception desk when confronted 🙇🏻‍♂️. Nice building btw but terrible sign outside, why green? 🫤

Why did you steal @Dariusaurus consoles @SEGA ? Some clarification would be wonderful for your pr dept because we are ALL just assuming that you're acting like an evil mega-corp instead of the company that brings joy to people..

From last week: Sega sent a private detective after a collector who snapped up £10,000 of dev kits and prototype games it left in its old office in Chiswick. That information was then passed to police who raided his flat last summer. Dev kits for obsolete gaming platforms end up on eBay all the time as their resale is prohibited - but does it warrant a criminal investigation? dailymail.co.uk/news/article…

Within days of the raid the police stated as fact that the consoles were stolen from @SEGA . To date, no theft report or proof of theft has come to fruition. Yet, the Waste 2 Wonder memo accidentally sent to @GamersNexus suggests FRAMING THE SITUATION AS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR OF THE SUBCONTRACTOR. To date, I remain under investigation where it appears I have been framed for a crime that doesn’t exist, in writing. Nobody would believe this is real if not for the documentary.

We feel compelled to share an experience we're currently having with @PlayStationUK, that is affecting us on a personal and professional level. We've covered PlayStation games and consoles for over 20 years, always having a good relationship with the brand and with the various teams that have worked with them over the years. In a bid to further expand our coverage and include more PS5 content, we bit the bullet on Tuesday night and ordered a PS5 console from PS Direct, PlayStation's online store. Why did we choose there? Because as a PS Plus subscriber, we received a 5% discount off the retail price, which is significant given that the console normally retails at £479.99. Happy with our decision, we excitedly went to track our order on Wednesday morning to discover that our PlayStation Network account, the one we've had for around 20 years, has been permanently suspended. The first thing we did was speak to PlayStation Support's online chat, as the help guides suggest, who told us that we could appeal it. Within a matter of hours, we received a response that simply said "Thank you for contacting PlayStation Support regarding your account. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately due to security reasons we can't assist you any further. I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions, please contact PlayStation Support, and one of our team will be happy to help." We tried speaking to PlayStation Support on the phone and was told they couldn't help, or tell us why our account had been suspended. Logging on to our PS4, we could see the code WS-37368-7, which after a quick Google tells us that there is debt or a chargeback on our account. We spoke with our Credit Card company who told us that they hadn't initiated a chargeback. Next we called PS Direct, who confirmed they'd had no issue with the payment, but that they couldn't help us with our account and passed us back to PlayStation Support. We've been batted back and forth between the two since Wednesday, with no further information provided and no willingness to help us. We have spoken to the UK PR company, who is trying to help, but as of yet there's been no resolution. As it's becoming clear that we won't be getting our account back, we decided the best thing to do was cut our losses and return the console. Speaking once again to PS Direct, we were told we can't return the console unless we can access our online account - the same one that's suspended. We asked if they could send a return label by email and we were told that they can't. When we asked what to do, they passed us back to PlayStation Support once again, who confirmed they would not help with our account. When we asked how we can return the console, they told us we couldn't and advised us to 'sell it online'. We then received an email with a return label, linking to an account we can't access. PlayStation Support and PS Direct has refused to disclose why our account has been suspended, and there seems to be no way to return the console. We can't actually believe how poor this experience has been, how anti-consumer and a complete disregard for consumer rights. We're now forced to take advice from Citizen's Advice, who have advised what our legal rights are and suggested steps forward, which include complaining in writing to PlayStation in the UK and raising a dispute with our Credit Card company. Before anyone says 'just open a new PSN account', we can't because we would then be violating their terms of service and run the risk of receiving a console ban, rendering our consoles useless. If anyone has anyone in their network who works at PlayStation, please can you forward this to them or tag them in the comments. For a company that is so well-known and popular, this is a complete and utter shambles, and we can see from a quick search online that they treat many of their customers like this. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. #Playstation #PSN #PlayStationNetwork #PS4 #PS5 #PlaystationSupport #PSPlus #Gaming #PSNSuspension
