If you can’t stand for your Dharma, you will fall for any! A single distortion of Ramayan shouldn’t be consider ok, if you are a true Hindu!

So Hindus are so “Bechara” that even a distorted version of their Ramayan must be celebrated. Anyone questioning it is an “idiot”? You turn Ravan into a victim, yet attack Hindus who call it out. God save Hindu Dharma from such Hindu warriors with to interest!
Our main problem with Bollywood has always been that they rarely make pro-Hindu films and have often pushed an Islamic narrative. So, when they finally make a film that represents our culture and actually do a good job, or at least make a sincere attempt, opposing it simply for the sake of opposition would be sheer stupidity.
I have opposed a particular actress in the past, and I still stand by my opinion. But I cannot bash an entire movie simply because she is part of it. For me, the cause is bigger than political opinions, personal preferences, or individual disagreements.
And seeing Ramayana being promoted even in Saudi Arabia, with posters reportedly appearing in public spaces, is a proud moment in itself. A story rooted in our Hindu scriptures reaching audiences in a country like Saudi Arabia speaks volumes about the global reach of our culture. This is the kind of cultural representation we should be celebrating.
So, to answer the question, "What changed?"
I was honestly expecting them to make another blunder. But somehow, they managed to do a good job, and my opinion changed accordingly. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging something good, even when you initially expected otherwise.
I want films based on our scriptures to be made every single year, so that the younger generation can learn about our history, culture, traditions, and the values we have inherited.
At the end of the day, the cause matters more than the cast. Our culture deserves to be celebrated beyond our borders.
Rest, I don't mind idiots being idiots, thinking they are somehow more Hindu than everyone else.
And yes, I know exactly which group is doing what. I've known your tricks for a long time. I just pretend not to notice because, honestly, you're too small to affect me...... You'll always be struggling with an identity crisis...!!!

We opposed films glorifying Mughal history because those movies glorified Mughals by showing Hindu kings in bad light..
We are opposing Ramayan because, Ravan is glorified in this movie.

One of my teachers once told me that Dharmic story telling tradition follows the rule of character arc when it wishes to fill in or add to a particular silence. This ensures that creative liberties do not distort Itihasas or Puranas. That's perhaps the test of intent of a maker.

If you know the capacity of movies for political messaging & use it to elevate politicians,& still call it "just a movie" when it subverts our Itihasas, your priorities are pretty clear. Fealty to politicians & Itihasic liberalism- some Hindutva this is, if it can be called that.

It's hilarious watching these Honda bheds quote Satyajit Ray to defend the Ramayana when he literally criticised Indian audiences as backward and unsophisticated for holding religion and faith in such high regard. lol
Once, a wise man described the general Indian audience as “fairly backward” and “unsophisticated.” #RamayanaMovie #Ramayana

Ma'am, you should ignore me. My opinions don't matter. Jai Shri Ram.
Replying to @jsaideepak @Sanjay_Dixit
You must atleast watch the movie instead of passing judgments, if subversion was their only agenda, they could have flooded the country with 20 Haider like movie and 40 Netflix series with the budget they spent to make grandest Ramayana of all times. I donno why we consider ourselves as the only saviours of our dharma while doubting some one like Yash or Namit who put their lives and all their money on doing that
This is getting normalized beyond your imagination.
Think hard. Very hard.
Have reiterated it time and again that Muslim youth in India are getting heavily radicalized through social media.
ISIS and Taliban-style clothing and genocide-preaching reels have become the new normal. Agencies need to check.
We should get ready for far worse lone wolf acts now.
Owaisi’s “15 minutes” slogan now plays on the DJ during every Islamic festival. The ‘judgement day’ concept is getting mainstream.
Most have no idea what’s coming for them.

Remember @nishikant_dubey had warned us about this man & his links with CONg & CCP

This is serious especially coming from Kevin. The same Singham with Vijay Prashad as his hit man. India riots also orchestrated by them.

If the movie is what the reliable voices are saying it is & some are still endorsing it "as a movie",we could extend the same courtesy to movies like Haider, PK & Raavan. At least, their makers wore their intent on their sleeves. Subversion is worse than open confrontation.

In a reel published yesterday, Sadhguru made several false claims about Dhanvantari and Dhan Teras. Time to set the record straight.
