Nigerians!
Please do it for the woman that pretended to be mad and hid her daughter in a ditch so she won’t be taken, do it for Pelumi Onifade, the victims of EndSARS massacre, the victims of Owo massacre, our brothers and sisters in the North that we don’t even get to hear of

Tonight, I make a solemn promise to every single Texan. Whether you voted for me or Governor Abbott, or felt so betrayed by a broken politics that you did not vote at all.
Hear what Texas said today, loud and clear: Your government belongs to you. And as your governor, I will never forget it. There will be no special set of rules for the wealthy and powerful. No looking the other way when someone in my own party does wrong.
The trust you have placed in me tonight is not a blank check. It is a sacred responsibility. And I intend to earn it every single day.

We Muslims are celebrating when Muslims win elections in the United States and other Western countries. And rightly so.
The West has given us freedom, accepted us, allowed us to practise our religion, and even given Muslims the opportunity to hold important positions in government.
But let me ask a simple question:
Can Christians or other non-Muslims enjoy the same opportunities in countries governed by Sharia?
In some of these countries, we struggle to tolerate their houses of worship. We don't even allow them to openly preach their Gospel, let alone imagine giving them equal opportunities to participate in government.
Yet we celebrate religious freedom when it benefits us in the West.
Religious freedom cannot be something we demand for ourselves but deny others.
If we want the West to respect our rights, we must also be willing to respect the rights of others.

Before last night, there had only been three Black governors ever elected. Now, five Black governors will serve at the same time washingtonpost.com/politics/…
Yep. And that’s more than enough reason to vote for him. I don’t care about fancy promises or aspirations, curbing waste in governance is the first major step and he’s the only one with a verifiable record of this.
A thin margin victory is still a resounding victory. Nigerians, please come out and vote in January. Consider it a fight for our lives and for our future.
Vote and neutralize anyone who tries to subvert your will on Election Day.
I've said this many times, if Peter Obi had any skeletons in his cupboard or was corrupt like many other politicians, this APC-led administration would have seized the opportunity to arrest him, lock him up and keep him behind bars until after the election, especially as an opposition figure.
This is precisely why the corrupt political elites are so disturbed by him. They know that, no matter how hard they try, there is no credible wrongdoing they can pin on him.
They cannot find the kind of dirt they are accustomed to using against politicians, and that is what makes him a major threat to their corrupt establishment.

Keep exposing them, I spoke about opposition using international influencers since a lot of Nigerian influencers are working for APC.
I’m glad we are gradually getting there🤭🤭
20 years ago at around 5:30 am, Anambra lawmakers impeached Peter Obi because he refused to inflate the state budget and share public money with politicians. If you are criticizing this man on the internet I want you to sit down and think about that for a moment.
A governor was removed because he refused to spend money recklessly, refused to satisfy political godfathers and refused to turn public funds into a settlement for lawmakers.
They accused him of gross misconduct because he drove a Peugeot 406, bought furniture locally and spent far less than the hundreds of millions approved for renovating the Governor's office and Lodge. They thought they could force him out and end his political journey. They were wrong.
The courts overturned his impeachment, and the Supreme Court later reaffirmed his right to complete his constitutionally guaranteed tenure.
Twenty years have passed, but one thing remains clear, Peter Obi's refusal to share public money with the corrupt political class was enough to make him their sworn enemy.
There are very few politicians in Nigeria like Peter Obi and I strongly believe that God has given us another opportunity to get things right in this country. Nigerians, please, do not take this opportunity for granted.
I couldn’t even read past the second paragraph of this garbage. 🗑️

You certainly don’t understand the state and its makeup, or the times.
It doesn’t matter if you have lived there for 50 years. People can be in a place and not understand the political environment.
Texas shouldn’t be close. It’s close because of some of the factors you highlighted, but that doesn’t mean it’s enough to deliver Democrats a win in a state that has been trending red and redder.
There has been so much money poured into the race and so many get-out-the-vote efforts all dynamics that help even a bad candidate.
The early-vote data (of course you are, not paying attention to that) has Texas looking considerably older in 2026 than in 2024.
Voters 65+ now account for 34.7% of early ballots, up from 28.7% in 2024 a 6-point increase.
More than half of Texas early voters are now 55 or older.
This is not the sort of thing you want to see if you are a Democrat or a Democrat supporter hoping to flip the state.
Election is science ! More so in the United States and I understand all of it better because I put my personal wishes aside when calling or analyzing races .
If, at this stage, with everything going on in Nigeria; bad roads, poor electricity, and widespread unemployment; you still need someone to convince you why you should vote right in 2027, I'm sorry to say this, but something might just be wrong with you.
