More than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s — and the numbers are growing. The 2025 Facts & Figures report shows the urgent need to support older adults and caregivers.

Villages support older Californians through volunteer care supporters who help with medical appointments, telehealth access, and in-home care. Hospital programs integrating villages have reduced re-admission rates by supporting home-based recovery.
