Did you know that Costco quietly switched nearly its entire meat supply to halal and that every Air-Chill slaughter facility in Canada is now halal! I spoke with Ernest Campbell, Costco AGMM & meat manager, and he just passed the buck and took zero responsibility.
The meat plants across Canada are now all halal!! Costco can use its buying power to demand a return to non-halal standards.
Muslims, who make up 5% of the population, are forcing the majority of the population to eat meat that is barbarically slaughtered, sacrificed to a false god and of which a portion of the sales is reported to fund terrorism.
Halal certification demands exclusive Muslim oversight, extracts fees from unaware non-Muslim consumers, and has been openly described by Islamic leaders as a means "to conquer the world through the Halal movement."
We are the majority and our buying power will be used to set this matter straight. We need to send Costco, and every other food supplier and grocery chain, a loud and clear message that we will not allow muslims to dominate the food industry and implant Sharia law, a foreign political/military system.

Or you could have done what Trump did. Just tell universities and colleges that they will receive no public funding unless and until they get rid of all WOKE DEI practices on campus. Until this govt is willing to do that, nothing will change.
Campus should be a place where students can think freely and debate. That's what Bill 38 is about.
If passed, Bill 38 would:
✅ Protect free speech by keeping universities and colleges neutral on political and social issues outside their mandate, while protecting academic freedom
✅ Make tuition predictable, with maximum tuition amounts for programs and increases capped at two per cent for current domestic students in 2027-28
✅ Set clear, consistent conduct standards so every student is treated fairly
✅ Cut red tape for specialized engineering and geoscience professionals
Our universities and colleges should teach students how to think, not what to think. Alberta will protect that freedom and keep a great education within reach for everyone.

I feel kind of bad for anyone who fought for Canada in the last 30 years.
You went overseas believing you were defending a free, functional country with shared values, competent institutions, and a future worth the risk. You did the job. The politicians and the Ottawa machine that sent you didn’t hold up their end.
Instead we got chronic underfunding and readiness problems in the armed forces, a focus on ideology over capability, veterans having to fight for basic benefits, borders that don’t function, massive debt, housing that most young people can’t touch, inflation, and a steady erosion of the social cohesion the country used to take for granted. By every standard, the Canada that exists now is measurably worse on all of the metrics that matter to ordinary people than the one you were defending.
This is not an attack on soldiers, sailors, or anyone who served. Your service was real. The betrayal is from the political class and the institutions that treated the country as a personal project to be redesigned rather than something worth preserving.
You did your part. The government didn’t do theirs.

UCP MLA Shane Getson was seriously injured by COVID-19 Vaccines.
