We’re excited to share new collaborative work identifying temporally controlled biological pathways implicated in the cortex in TDP-43-associated #ALS #FTD, by the indefatigable @Rebecca_SanGlia, with thanks for inputs from many others on this journey of discovery @QLDBrainInst
Cytoplasmic TDP-43 accumulation drives many dynamic changes to the cortex proteome. Together with @adamkeithwalker and the @WalkerNeuroLab, we have produced a “molecular map” of disease-specific changes over time in a mouse model of ALS and FTD.
