Less than two years into my meme stock deep-dive, I learned that the situation was/is much worse than I imagined Not only the BREADTH of the problem, but the DEPTH When I became convinced of the breadth of the problem I assumed that, from that day forward, the ppl in charge would never allow an unruly unwinding of oversized (naked) short positions in small cap stocks (because it would risk the collapse of global financial markets) What I did believe though, was that a pre-orchestrated, controlled demolition would take place whereby bad actors would be forced to cover just enough of their naked short position to cause their demise— at which point the regs would halt the stock, take control of the situation and slowly unwind the rest behind closed doors This was my 360 win scenario where retail investors win, regs/gov look good, and Bad Actors just lose their money as opposed to losing their money PLUS going to jail BUT… once I learned (I think) the DEPTH of the problem, it was like a gut punch That was the moment I realized that the counterfeit naked short selling problem runs deep—like roots into the soil that we can’t see and that were NEVER meant to be unearthed And because the roots were intended to remain hidden under the soil, all of our efforts to motivate regs or politicians or powerful law firms to help us in this fight have been a total bust over the past five years In fact, if you think you’re working with a law firm, reg, or politician that is fighting for the little guy, you better look closely. In many cases, controlled opposition is real The Dirty Secret There’s a good chance the counterfeit naked short selling cabal includes not only Bad Actors on WS as well as domestic organized financial market crime syndicates, but also rouge operators of nation states and intelligence working together or alone … so where does this most likely leave retail investors that were trapped in MMTLP, or remain LONG in other tickers like AMC that have been shorted into the cellar over the past five years ? (many with the help of dirty CEO’s) The reason I never bought into the MOASS theory was because I’ve lived through past periods of crisis and studied the ones I didn’t live through If you want to know the default actions that a government / regulator might take in order to handle future debacles, just look at what they did in the past Sure, it might be different this time, but that’s ALWAYS been a bad bet in the past BUT… …that doesn’t mean there’s no hope for retail investors to score a big (reasonably large) win In my opinion, we have one last shot Treasurer Secretary Bessent is currently dismantling some of the pluming that illicit activities flow through —and he’s doing some of it publicly Are you paying attention to his announcement about targeting the British banks on islands? Is he working with the DOJ to simultaneously take out the trash with respect to counterfeit naked short selling, AKA, financial market terrorism ? We know the wash trades involve off shore accts in many cases, so even if Bessent didn’t go looking for these ppl, odds are VERY high that he discovered them after flipping over a rock and seeing something squirming around in the puddle of pond scum A man can dream

$GDC math is getting wild. Official OS: 60.76M Official SI: 8.34M shares ATM reportedly sold ZERO shares through May 15. Now subtract the 39M BTC deal shares (still believed locked/restricted): 60.76M - 39M = ~21.7M shares left. Minus insiders/restricted and REAL tradable float may only be ~18–22M shares. That means REAL short interest could be 40%+ of active float. Now explain this: OVER 1 BILLION shares traded in days… but no confirmed dilution. So where did the supply come from? The crooks created massive synthetic/counterfeit liquidity. And remember: The same group tied to the 7,500 BTC transaction is now offering $10.75/share to take the company private. This is a powder Keg. All while the @SECGov @SECPaulSAtkins Sleep on a fresh crime scene. $BTC #nakedshorts #counterfeitshares
$GDC NO DILUTION FROM ATM shares out remains the same Real short increased heavily. This is all FRAUD as of May 15th. @Hamnakedshorts

🚨 NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT ALERT 🚨 Are you paying attention yet? Wall Street is currently running a masterclass in selling things that don't exist. Whether you’re looking at Silver or MMTLP the scam is the same: the system is drowning in Synthetic Figments while the real assets are nowhere to be found. Naked shorting is a national security threat because it functions as financial counterfeiting. In the commodities market, "paper" contracts are used to suppress the price of strategic resources like silver, which are essential for defense and energy technology. By flooding the market with "phantom" Shares and contracts that don't exist, bad actors can artificially collapse the stock price of strategic U.S. companies in sectors like defense, energy, and biotech. This "cellar boxing" prevents critical innovators from raising capital, effectively allowing adversaries to sabotage American infrastructure through the market rather than the battlefield. As former SEC Chair Harvey Pitt put it, "Phantom shares are analogous to counterfeit money." When brokers create millions of fake Shares, they are effectively printing unbacked currency. This devalues the entire U.S. capital market, which is the literal engine of our national power.

A terrifying probability from @BAMinvestor (not a FUDster) for all the $BTC & crypto bulls out there (myself included). @ZssBecker @elliotrades @CryptosR_Us @Cryptotea
If you were able to view my posts into the Bitcoin TOP, you know that I'd been modeling $MSTR as a way to add confidence to the Turning Point High forecast for Bitcoin (a btc TOP followed by a decline to retest 63k as early as Dec 2025) The MSTR Model was predicting a devastating decline (attack of the 14-30 hidden retest levels into Feb 2026) -- something that no one I spoke to in the crypto space believed made any sense I literally asked every smart person I know, and none of them could come up w/ a "reason" for MSTR to crash to the hidden retest levels generated by my BAM Model But as price in both Bitcoin and MSTR continued lower, I decided to ask Grok today if there were any possible scenario he could come up with that might fit my model's very bearish MSTR forecast and here's what he came up with I'd be interested in you all poking holes in Grok's ideas if you disagree 1/12 What could make $MSTR crash from ~$390 (today’s after-hours) all the way to $14–$30 by February 2026? A lot of people think it’s impossible ------------------------------------------------------- Here’s the exact “black swan cascade” that would make that call 100% correct. 🧵👇 2/12 Current setup (Nov 21 2025) • Price ≈ $390 • 638,000+ BTC owned (avg cost ~$74k) • ~$4–5B convertible debt • Trading at ~1.1–1.3× NAV To hit $14–$30 the market has to decide MSTR is a distressed forced-seller about to go bankrupt. 3/12 Phase 1 – Dec 2025 / Jan 2026 MSCI officially EXCLUDES “digital asset treasury companies” from major indexes (decision Jan 15). → $3–12B of forced passive selling hits in days → Stock gaps down 40-60% instantly Many think this is already 70-80% probability. 4/12 Phase 2 – Jan 2026 Bitcoin enters the post-halving bear market everyone is waiting for. $126k top → violent drop to $35k–$50k range (normal in every cycle). MSTR’s leverage (delta ~2.5–3.0) takes the stock from ~$200 post-exclusion down to sub-$100 fast. 5/12 Phase 3 – Feb 2026 (the kill shot) BTC keeps bleeding to $15k–$20k zone (80-85% drawdown, has happened twice before). MSTR’s $4B+ convertible debt suddenly looks toxic. Equity market cap collapses below debt → covenant & refinancing panic. 6/12 Saylor is forced to start selling BTC to service debt (non-recourse loans lose their magic when collateral is underwater). Even 10-20% of the hoard hitting exchanges = multi-billion $ sell pressure → accelerates BTC crash toward $10k–$15k. 7/12 Death spiral math at $15k BTC: 638k × $15k = ~$9.6B BTC value Minus $4–5B debt → ~$5B enterprise value ~350M diluted shares → ~$14/share At $10k BTC we’re already under $10/share. Your model’s target range becomes realistic. 8/12 Extra accelerants that make it worse • Exec selling (already happening) • Core software revenue collapsing (clients fleeing) • SEC starts sniffing around “Bitcoin treasury” accounting • Yield curve uninverts → recession → risk-off nuke 9/12 Historical precedent 2022 cycle: BTC -75% → MSTR -90% (to ~$130 pre-split) This time add: - Index exclusion selling - Higher debt load - Worse macro (higher rates, tariffs, geopolitics) → 95–98% wipeout is in the realm of possibility. 10/12 Counter-argument (why bulls say “never”) • Saylor structured debt as non-recourse → no forced sales • He held through 2022 at $16k BTC • “21/21 plan” raises more cash True — until the equity market cap falls below the debt. Then game over. 11/12 Bottom line $14–$30 by Feb 2026 requires: 1. MSCI/Nasdaq index exclusion (very likely) 2. Classic 85%+ Bitcoin bear market (happens every cycle) 3. Debt & forced-selling spiral (the new variable) 12/12 If your model is screaming $14–$30, it’s probably seeing the exact sequence above. Most people think “Saylor never sells.” This scenario is the one where he finally has no choice. Not advice. Just the only path that gets us there. What do you think happens first — index exclusion or BTC $50k?

🚨 Why I Think Michael Burry Is Shutting Down Scion 🤌 And Why the Timing Matters 🔥 Consider his liquidation letter, his depreciation thread on the hyperscalers, and his “me then, me now” Big Short meme.... They all point to the same story. 🫧 Burry thinks we’re sitting in an earnings-inflated, AI-driven bubble = the kind a value investor simply can’t coexist with, without eventually getting steamrolled. In the letter, he basically says it outright: “My estimation of value in securities is not now, and has not been for some time, in sync with the markets.” That’s not a “I’m tired of managing money” line. That’s someone saying the numbers and the prices no longer reconcile. And when a guy like Burry reaches that point, the rational move isn’t to ride it out and hope. It’s to step away from a structure that forces you to play in a market you think is detached from reality. Then there’s his depreciation post. He’s arguing that the biggest winners of the AI boom 💥 META, GOOG, ORCL, MSFT, AMZN 💥 have been quietly boosting earnings by stretching the assumed lifespan of servers and GPU rigs that really only last 2–3 years. Extend the “useful life,” and depreciation drops. Drop depreciation, and EPS magically jumps 20–30%. The market is paying huge multiples on earnings he believes are structurally overstated. Layer that with his “it worked out then, it’ll work out now” meme, and he’s essentially positioning himself as the same guy who stared at subprime prospectuses in 2005. Back then it was AAA paper derivatives built on garbage collateral. Synthetics of a synthetic: synthetic swaps squared... Today he sees trillion-dollar market caps built on AI capex and accounting assumptions that snap back in 2026–2028. Along with unaffordable and overpriced housing market, combined with a stagnating economy So why shut Scion now? Here’s my read: He expects a major repricing in the very stocks dominating the indices; and he doesn’t want to spend the last, craziest phase of the bubble managing other people’s money, particularly when they can't understand what's happening If he’s right about the understated depreciation, earnings growth for the hyperscalers slows hard (or goes negative) just as the AI narrative cools. Multiples compress. Passive flows reverse. And because the “Magnificent 7” are the market, everything else gets dragged down into the shitter along with it From his vantage point, that’s not a garden-variety correction. It’s the equity version of the housing crash: years of false comfort, then a sudden break when the math can’t hide the truth Closing Scion solves several problems at once. He avoids benchmark-chasing and redemption pressure from people scared to hodl. He can short or sit in cash on his own terms. And he sends a message; if valuations have drifted this far from true earnings power, the most responsible thing he can do is hand the money back! I don't think this is Michael Burry walking away from markets. It’s Burry stepping aside because he thinks the show has entered a familiar late-cycle mania built on flattering models and aggressive accounting that ends in a long, grinding reset at the top of the index.
BREAKING: 🚨 Michael Burry EXPOSING GLOBAL TECH SECTOR SCAM 🚩🚩 He accuses giants of cooking the books 📚 like META, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Oracle of inflating earnings via accounting tricks. They're extending AI server lifespans from 2–3 years to 5–6, understating $176B in depreciation from 2026–2028. By 2028, Oracle could overstate profits by 27%, META by 21%. Burry: “Understating depreciation... one of the more common frauds of the modern era.” The AI boom might be another mirage. Burry stated he will drop full details Nov 25th. If you're at all familiar with the accounting tricks Nvidia / Coreweave, etc, have been using = this isn't surprising at all Let it 🔥 🔥 🔥

The Cayman maze is no accident...it’s the offshore circulatory system for Citadel’s global leverage machine. 🧠 Kensington Global Strategies Fund ($27.2B AUM) routes through Ugland House...a building so legendary for shell entities it’s basically Wall Street’s mailbox. From there, capital cycles into: Citadel Equity Fund LTD. Citadel Global Fixed Income Fund LTD. Citadel Credit Master Fund LLC. All roads then flow into Citadel Investment Master Fund LTD., which plugs straight into LCH / DTCC, the clearing layer, where synthetic positions live and breathe. It’s a beautifully evil feedback loop: Offshore inflows → derivative exposure → domestic clearing → offshore again. They didn’t build a fortress...they built a liquidity hydra. 🐍💰 #Citadel #Kensington #LiquidityLoop #UglandHouse

🚨 TRUTH BOMB #3 — FINRA IS OPERATING OFFSHORE ASSETS IN EUROPE’S LOWEST-TRANSPARENCY ZONES FINRA is not just a U.S. “self-regulator.” It owns multiple ACTIVE offshore financial entities with Bloomberg-issued global trading credentials (LEIs) — registered in European tax/opacity havens, not regulatory jurisdictions. Not a regulator. Netherlands & Slovenia are European opacity jurisdictions — not U.S. regulatory extensions. All entities are NON-CONSOLIDATING — meaning FINRA deliberately avoids a unified financial audit. And this is just the start. FINRA isn’t only offshore — it is also legally registered as a FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION inside U.S. states. Including South Carolina — home of @RepRalphNorman. That evidence drops tomorrow.
