I would love someone to explain why silently and unwillingly removing your clothes in front of men who demand it, is an act of “compassion”.
How is it not humiliation and degradation?
How is “be kind” and “compassion” in this example not coercion?
This is why @BluskyeAllison ‘s case at the Supreme Court is so important.
It seems almost nobody, least of all the government, has learnt their lesson about Stonewall and the other trans rights activist groups.
Their advice remains legally incoherent, ill informed (and vengeful) and can land those taking it in serious trouble.
If this bill passes and then we enter years of legal battles on human rights grounds.
The losers will be taxpayers, those charged and those who have to keep fighting this endless campaign.
Stonewall are a poisonous influence and have been since 2015.

This really is an outrage. Stonewall should be apologising to everyone in the UK for its role in misrepresenting the Equality Act since 2015.
Appointed in April, Stephen Kiely is from a PR background & seems to have zero social policy or legal experience

An observation from Election Day;
The last way people can help with the campaign before the polls close, is to come hold signs outside of them as people walk in.
Last night, I realized overwhelming majority of the people who showed up to hold a sign for me were women.
Strong, intelligent, and powerful women.
This was the re-election for a legislator.
And a small battle in the war to stand up to the effort to destroy equal rights; and we won.
Eventually, I will have the time to write about the Shakespearean level of drama found in this election; but for now I simply want to acknowledge those women.
Who never wavered in the face of extraordinary vitriol from fellow women they once considered allies, public ridicule from people with influence, and men who aggressively fight for entry into female spaces.
They stood firm. Walking through hurricane force winds as easy as if it were a sunny summer day.
They refused to be gaslit into believing that protecting equal rights for all under the law, or standing up to harm caused by big pharma, meant that they held hatred in their heart for anyone. They refused to cower to the toxic positivity of the modern world. They stood for true love, actual justice, and everyone’s right to equal rights under the law. Which inherently includes sex based rights.
We seem to exist in a brave new world wherein people are embracing the coming dystopia; and the dystopian propaganda that follows. Those who see through it often feel as though they’re the only one. Many of us silently watch the world politely accept a double speak that threatens the very integrity of civilization.
I’m here to say we’re not alone.
I will never forget the courage of the women who stood with me throughout this election, and at the polls on Tuesday. I exist because of the strength of the women who raised me. One day I’ll write a more eloquent narrative about all this but for now let me end by saying;
Thank you.

Yesterday I set out why it’s important to protect the integrity of women’s sport from grassroots to elite level.
I told Angela Carini’s story from the Paris Olympics who was cheated out of her rightful place. I never want that to happen again and certainly not on British soil.
But the Government chose to vote down our common-sense amendments. And the Lib Dems abstained like they always do. Utterly shameful.

If you are a therapist working with children, young people & or families , then it is important you let the CPB committee know your experience in this area. And if you've stopped seeing patients with gender identity issues, please let the committee know why.
Many in the @UKLabour appear to have shut out any other narrative than the one they have been 'coached' on. Their repetitive 'reasoning' and justifications tells me they haven't engaged fully with professionals working at the rock face in this area. Gender dysphoria or trans identity is not a diagnosis or a fixed state- it's more a symptom which it's helpful to understand. Exploratory therapies will be out of the question if there is a threat of criminalisation hanging over a clinician's head. And parents' ability to protect their children will be destroyed if this Conversion practices bill passes. @SexMattersOrg

There's a story in Scotland today about young women groomed & raped by gangs in Scotland while in care.
Children in care are vulnerable & targets for CSA.
So does @UKLabour really want to arrest loving parents for talking to their children about identity? Is the state really going to care for them better?

So if she had continued to say that she didn't think you were gay, the solution is to have her arrested and imprisoned?

Great so now the far right AND the far left…..
The Male State, a Russian far-right extremist group, has claimed responsibility for the bomb threats targeting European airports and aircraft this morning.
The group, known as Мужское государство (Male State), is an extremist, Russian men's movement that promotes patriarchal ideology and far-right views. It has been associated with online harassment, intimidation and threats targeting women, minorities and LGBTQ+ people.

My trans ex-H was one suicide victim. He threw himself out of a second floor window onto a paved patio below and died of head injuries in 2022. He had been castrated 12 years earlier, ruining his general health, his bodily integrity, constantly suffering UTIs, and (ironically!) NOT preventing a recurrence of his Prostate swelling, etc. His medical record was redacted, so there may have been even more iatrogenic harm caused by castration - NOT "recommended" 😭 @statsforgender

🐻🐾 Have your children had furries at their school?
I’m a looking to speak to parents whose children have encountered pupils identifying as 'furries' at school. I’d like to hear what your child experienced and how the school responded.
You can speak confidentially and don’t have to be named.
Please DM me or email [email protected]. All messages treated in confidence.
So pleased, The @Telegraph are all over this subject - there’s been pieces from the perspective of kids who would’ve called the police on their parents, Parents worried about talking to their kids, parents at school asking questions about teaching staff and businesses being liable for criminal proceedings… fantastic work.

What does ‘consent’ look like in prostitution? It can look like saying yes because you’ve not made any money that day and your ‘boss’ is expecting their fees. It can look like getting that man out the door as quickly as possible. It can look like not getting killed. Little to do with free choice and everything to do with survival. Jenna

I have to say I'm increasingly of the view the government doesn't understand its own conversion bill.
Clause 5 unambiguously extends corporate liability to all companies.
The government thinks it only applies to "companies that provide conversion therapy"
This is nuts.
1/ Good to see the Telegraph really on top of the conversion bill generally and the extraordinarily wide corporate liability issues it raises. For more on this issue, Me and Tanya de Grunwald spoke about it on her show, link below:

A couple of quite interesting moments from the Judge in today’s Sex Matters versus Hampstead Ponds case.
Do take a look - I haven’t even got to the final part of the afternoon yet…. tribunaltweets.substack.com/
Some more interesting points …
Apparently, one or two men who don’t identify as women just walking in isn’t really a disproportionate problem…
and also it doesn’t matter whether larger numbers of people enjoy the discrimination against a group, that is irrelevant to the law…
It’s been a really interesting one
