For any leader to lead effectively, they must first learn to serve. True leadership is not about power, position, authority or the ability to command others; it is about humility, responsibility, sacrifice and the willingness to put others before oneself.

Create a standard for yourself that goes beyond survival. Let your life become a testimony that reminds people that hardship does not have the final say, that grace can rewrite a person's story, and that God's mercy can take someone from places they never imagined they could rise above.

Often times, people want to leave you exactly where they met you and keep you confined to the position they believe you belong. They struggle to accept that you can outgrow the version of yourself they once knew.

Exactly! A nation cannot grow when personal gain comes before the collective good. Nigeria needs accountability, not a “chop I chop” mentality.

This morning, I want to encourage someone feeling hopeless, hurt, disappointed or overwhelmed by life's challenges. Your situation may be deeper than words can explain, but please don't give up. You are worth far more than you think, and your present struggles do not define your future. Keep holding on, keep striving, even in your lowest moments. By God's grace, you will find your strength again and scale through. Your story is not over. There is still hope. 💛🙏🙏
