Seeing Chris Johnson puts life in perspective. Young, great family, great dude, great shape & it's all being taken away so fast thru no fault of his own. Life is fragile.

Kids leaving High School practice early to go to AAU practice in June is a bit different to me. AAU for high schoolers should be on pause for the month of June. If you don't take high school serious then don't expect high school to take you serious.

It’s easy to be the Asst Coach, the backup QB, the next person up.... You say what you would do if you were in the top spot. It’s difficult to be the person in charge. Be careful what you say when you are on your way up, as you may think differently if you get that chance.

Attn PE Teachers 🚨
Try this -
On the last week of school send 4 kids every 5 minutes to their favorite English or Math teacher and have them say "Can I hang out here, my PE teacher said it was ok since we're not doing anything".
Good times 🤣🤣

Never understood H.S. coaches who ignore freshman or JV programs.
That’s the future of your varsity team.
Then they complain about no depth, culture, or players ready for varsity.
If you only coach varsity, you’re not building a program—you’re just coaching a team.

WOW. What an ending to the Class 1A state championship game.
Jackson Mitchell hits a 3-point basket with just 8 seconds remaining and Brantley takes down Hubbertville with a 45-44 win for the title.
What a win for the Bulldogs.
