First, he BROKE HIS HANDCUFFS OFF.
Then the suspect turned, THROAT-PUNCHED the sheriff’s deputy escorting him, turned around, and absolutely TRUCKED the second sheriff.
Timothy Regal was there to be sentenced on charges including assault, aggravated menacing, and failure to comply.
I saw this late last night, had to share it.
🚨 A 58 year-old fourth-grade teacher at Ringgold Elementary School in Pennsylvania was charged after police say she had a marijuana vape at school.
Police say the vape smelled strongly of marijuana and tested positive during a field test. It was sent to a state crime lab for further testing.
The report does not mention any blood or urine test being conducted on the teacher. Why wasn't one done to determine whether she was under the influence while at school?
Teachers are trusted with the care and safety of the children. They have a responsibility to ensure they're fit to supervise students and aren't impaired while doing so. Parents deserve answers..

#UPDATE: Toledo, Ohio, Shelter-in-place order LIFTED. Evacuation zone reduced.
City officials announced Wednesday evening that the shelter-in-place order has been lifted following the chemical leak at MC Tank Terminal.
The mandatory evacuation zone has also been reduced to a half-mile radius around 1266 Progress Ave.
Residents outside the remaining evacuation zone can follow official guidance on safely returning home. Those still inside the half-mile zone must continue following evacuation instructions.
Officials continue monitoring the situation following the release of glycidyl methacrylate, a flammable industrial chemical.
The city’s latest update was issued Wednesday, October 21, at 8:05 p.m.
🚨MAJOR #UPDATE: The company that bought MC Tank Transport has a history of OSHA safety violations.
Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) acquired MC Tank Transport in March 2025. Now, records show KAG was cited by OSHA after TWO workers died at its Cleveland facility in 2020.
Both victims died from asphyxiation inside a tanker that had been purged with nitrogen.
OSHA cited KAG for safety violations, including failures involving coordination with its cleaning contractor during dangerous confined-space work.
KAG was initially hit with $53,976 in proposed penalties, later reduced to approximately $33,735. The cleaning contractor faced separate enforcement and much larger penalties.
Now, I'm not saying this proves anything about the chemical leak happening in Toledo. It doesn't.
But when a company connected to a major chemical emergency has this kind of history, people have every reason to start asking questions.
What safety procedures were in place? Who was responsible? And what went wrong in Toledo?
Those are questions the public deserves answers to.

🚨#UPDATE: The FAA has issued a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) over the hazardous chemical leak in North Toledo, Ohio.
The restriction covers a 3-nautical-mile radius around the incident site as the chemical continues to vent into the air.
Firefighters were unable to contain the leak, and officials have decided to let the chemical reaction run its course rather than risk sending crews back in. The tank contains glycidyl methacrylate, an industrial chemical, and officials are continuing to monitor conditions.
Residents within 1 mile were ordered to evacuate, while those within 3 miles were told to shelter in place.
