I’m not the first to catch this so shoutout to everyone including @BrodaxOficial who I believe was the first to post it! 🤯
I have just informed my colleagues that I will step down as @ECB President on 7 February 2027.
It has been a source of great pride to serve this institution.
I thank all of those who have supported me on this journey over the past seven years.
What a bunch of fun haters.
ALERT: Airbnb host catches a man allegedly delivering drugs and stashing them under the grill cover for the guests who were set to check in hours later.
Elise Hobbs, the Airbnb host, saw a man on her security cameras dropping off a package at the home, and when he realized no one was home, he stashed the delivery under the grill cover.
Hobbs then went to the house and found a bag full of marijuana products and quickly called Airbnb to cancel the reservation.
“We’ve never actually found drugs on the property before… I was like, oh my gosh. Like, should I even be touching this?”
The family arrived a couple of hours later, but Hobbs had changed the door code, and one of the guests checked the grill multiple times, presumably looking for the package.
The Airbnb is located in Edmond, Oklahoma, where weed is legal if you have a medical license issued by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority.

In every corner of the country there are rural white men who have enough heavy equipment, land and employees to start a small civilization from scratch but you are taught to admire peacocks.

Silver tequila not only kiIIs parasites as well, but removes biofilm in the stomach where they hide impervious to dewormers.
DMSO is said to also clear biofilm.
Whiskey has wood alcohol from the barrels it is aged in, which is harmful methanol. Bad news.

The only reason these noot bros think creatine is safe and effective is because NIH study’s claim to be and it’s been studied for 50+ years. Who runs that? Same people who have pushed vaccines to be safe and effective for 50+ years.
Your body doesn’t need synthetic shit. Period
Of course NIH research tells you synthetic chemicals are good for you and no study’s show otherwise. Who controls all them study’s? The same people who push vaccines daily. 🤷🏻♂️ wake up.
I’m telling all athletes…STOP TAKING CREATINE. You don’t need it. Stop putting that nonsense in your body. A good diet and proper sleep are best. Stop letting little Jimmy at the local Planet Fitness tell the top 1% of human bodies what to supplement. Creatine is like filling a balloon with air it looks bigger and better till it’s time to put it under stress. That’s why soft tissue injuries happen. Your muscles lack pure substance.

Scientific evidence does not support claims that creatine causes soft tissue injuries in athletes. Reviews and studies, including of collegiate football players, show no increased injury risk and often lower rates of strains, cramping and total injuries among users.

Hard truth to accept….nutrition boys having a hay day because their belief system was busted….and now they don’t know what to do with themselves. 🤷🏻♂️. If it ain’t natural don’t put it in your body. Why’s that so hard to comprehend lol.

THE CEASEFIRE HAS COMMENCED
The ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia took effect at 4:00am Moscow time on October 27, 2026.
Timing was accelerated two days ahead of schedule to protect the safety of civilians and to facilitate the delivery of critical humanitarian aid. The ceasefire’s geographic area has expanded beyond Oleshky, within the Kherson Region, to provide safe passage for the humanitarian convoys.
General Valery Gerasimov, Joint Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces has confirmed.

I took 5g creatine everyday for 5 years… Last year I stopped.
Here’s what I noticed:
1. I feel more fluid and athletic. Lighter on my feet and more integrated in my athleticism
2. Nagging injuries have healed and I have not gotten any new injuries 🙏 despite training just as intensely if not more so
3. Less bloating around face, neck, and stomach. Creatine is known to store more water in cells which is what makes muscles look “bigger” (this likely happens in other cells around the body if I had to guess)
For reference I am 36 and weigh around 190 lbs. My assessment on all the research studies showing benefits of creatine are done on unhealthy people eating unhealthy diets, so they show “benefits” - so if you are healthy it is completely unnecessary

Correct, natural creatine. not synthetic big pharma made creatine and supps....
Creatine is naturally found in beef, fish and meat. Creatine improves numerous physical and health factors, including strength, power, sprint ability, muscular endurance, resistance to fatigue, muscle mass, recovery, cognition, and rate of muscle growth. Creatine also reduces the risk of injury and supports brain health.
Creatine is one of the most widely studied supplements and proven performance enhancers available.
You’d have to consume 2-4 lbs of meat to attain the equivalent of 5 g of creatine in a supplement. This 👇is not true and there’s zero evidence to support the claim that creatine causes soft tissue injuries. Creatine actually helps reduce the risk of injury and supports recovery. nutritionwithwendi.com/blog/…
Probably just stop putting big pharma lab made vitamins in your body. Hard for people to grasp this concept. But the future will teach em. 🤷🏻♂️
