Literally the only thing humans have known for all of human history is sex. We didn’t know how to make fire, what shape the planet is, anything about gravity, but we knew sex. Because it’s that f—ing obvious. You can just tell it’s a boy on a girls sport team by looking at him with the good old fashion human eye. You can even spot him from a distance.
