MICROSOFT IS BORROWING AT LEAST $25 BILLION It is the company's first US investment-grade bond sale since 2017. Up to 10 tranches. Maturities out to 40 years. Three days ago Microsoft offered buyouts to about 60,000 employees. Absolutely clearing house for CapEx. Expensive, American labor is just no longer on the agenda.
The AI debt binge continues. Microsoft is officially back in the bond market for the first time since in 9 years! It's kicking off a 10 part high-grade bond offering today with tranches as long as 40 years! That's because in their results yesterday, they disclosed $45.2B in AI capex spend. Despite the Free Cash Flow beats, it's still not enough. The cleanest balance sheet in Big Tech is now borrowing to fund AI.

Call your library!
ONE HAND! Everyone knows what MAYDAY means. It’s a distress call when someone falls overboard or is preparing to abandon ship. But what do sailors shout when a shipmate needs critical help before the ship is in jeopardy of sinking? Two words every mariner should know: ONE HAND! The iron rule aboard ships is simple: “One hand for yourself, one hand for the ship.” You NEVER carry anything with both hands. One hand must always be free to grab a railing, secure yourself, or prevent a fall. But there’s an exception: you may use both hands to help a shipmate in trouble. When someone calls “ONE HAND!” you drop what you’re doing and lend a hand. We have discovered that the majority of libraries are not stocking THE most important book written this year. So, America, I’M CALLING ONE HAND! Pick up the phone. Call your public library. Ask them to stock Unelected, the New York Times bestseller by @DataRepublican and @JoshuaLisec. This well researched book raises serious questions about the influence of globalist NGOs on American government and efforts to undermine the constitution. Those questions deserve public scrutiny, and Americans deserve access to the book. BONUS POINTS: Buy two copies (Amazon link in comments). Keep one and donate the other to your library. But here’s the catch: Donating a book doesn’t necessarily mean it will enter the library’s collection. Make the librarian confirm that it will be cataloged and made available for borrowing before you donate it. Talk to them directly, don’t just dump it in the donation bin, it will be lost. If they decline, ask why. Request a written statement of refusal and share their explanation publicly. They do not have the moral right to refuse cataloging a NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER ONE HAND, AMERICA. We have a constitution to defend 🇺🇸

This is why an apigenin supplements require 100+mg to achieve the same absorption as chamomile tea This is great support for opting for foods/herbs like: - citrus fruits and juices - dark leafy greens - spices like rosemary and thyme (high in luteolin) - chamomile - chocolate or green tea - blue/purple berries - ginger - gingko biloba - Chinese skullcap - jujube dates If you are going to use a flavonoid supplement, taking it alongside a fatty meal or some oil will aid its absorption

I'm officially convinced Walmart is trying to off us. The shit they're getting away with is insane. Lying about the weight of foods, up charging us more than double of what they paid, the meat is a mixture of 100's of DNA is 1 pack of meat, packaging all the food in plastics that accumulate in the brain, poison fruits and veggies ,shopping carts that map our vitals, biometrics as u enter the store, Bluetooth handshaking our phones siphoning data, bioengineered synthetic Walmart brands of food & claiming things are 100% cotton when in fact they're 100% plastic. Does Bill gates own Walmart 🤔
🚨 I caught WAL-MART red handed, lying to their customers AGAIN. I went into Wally-World today to pick up a few things*. While browsing, I saw these pillowcases that were labeled “100% Cotton” — so I bought FOUR. While unpackaging the product, the ACTUAL label ATTACHED to the pillow sham said, “100% Polyester” … aka PLASTIC. Most people spend 1/3 of their day, and life in their bed, which is why buying natural fiber material is important to me. Polyester is made from the same plastic used for soda and water bottles. This is disappointing. Wal-Mart has made some strides in their food area, removing various ingredients from their processed foods, which I’ve applauded them for. But duping, and misleading customers (who are more than likely, also on a budget) is so, so, wrong, AND illegal. So many people are realizing various ways to be healthier in their lives. MAHA is a topic I take seriously, not in advocating for it, but also living by the best standard I can, while being within my means. How can people possibly make these changes, when those supplying us are LYING. Avocado oil, scam. Cotton at Wal-Mart, scam. wtf?! Ps: To the high and mighty that want to say, “Ew, Wal-mart” … sorry, they’re affordable. I can buy groceries at Publix for double, sometimes triple what the cost is at Wal-Mart. Groceries are already the biggest expense that I have … if you wanna shame those of who adhere to a budget — go for it. The amount of Fxcks given is negligible ✌🏼

Do these undocumented men heading towards the North coast of France look like they are fleeing war and persecution. Or do they look like a well organised army? They certainly aren’t coming to the UK to make friends.

🚨🇷🇺 Russia Has Officially Showcased A New Payment Infrastructure Using Blockchain To Ditch The Dollar At the International Economic Forum, Putin had also dropped this absolute BOMBSHELL: “Any country can at any moment be deprived of access to its legitimate assets, which are placed in dollars or euros, as well as to Western financial payment infrastructure. The Western Financial System is clearly out of date and the monopoly will no longer continue as we plan to use international payments using advanced blockchain solutions.” Russia is now FULL SPEED AHEAD on BRICS blockchain adoption while Putin (echoing their Foreign Minister) just admitted the quiet part out loud: “We were NEVER against the U.S. trade or dollar… but sanctions & SWIFT system got weaponized like a financial nuke against ANYONE they don’t like.” Translation? They still want to trade with America… BUT only through a neutral, decentralized currency system that NO ONE can freeze, sanction, or control. At the same time, BRICS has moved forward with a blockchain-based payments and settlement system backed by gold, a direct alternative to SWIFT designed for cross-border trade outside the traditional dollar rails. Russia has already signed its own version of a Clarity Act into law, creating full regulatory framework for digital assets and crypto settlements in foreign trade. On-chain Data also reported that Chinese and Russian investors were fleeing to tokenized assets and commodities on Decentralized Exchages. The U.S. Senate needs to get a grip on their politics and pass the Clarity Act before they’re left behind.

To America and everyone around the world, please take this seriously! This is an issue that concerns the entire world! In 2016, 20 foreign nationals, including seven Japanese professionals who were working to help Bangladesh, were brutally murdered by terrorists at a restaurant in Dhaka. Some of the victims were reportedly killed by having their throats slit. The Japanese victims were there to help develop Bangladesh’s transportation infrastructure… At this restaurant, which was frequented by foreigners, the attackers reportedly demanded that hostages recite verses from the Quran. Those who could not were reportedly targeted for execution. These terrorists embraced an extremist ideology that justified forcing religious conversion and murdering innocent people who did not share their beliefs. Some extremist interpretations promise religious rewards for such acts, including the belief that martyrs will receive 72 houris, or heavenly maidens, in paradise. Such extremists believe that spreading their religious rule through violence and destroying other civilizations will bring them greater rewards in the afterlife and bring them closer to Allah. And now, the Japanese government is reportedly considering accepting as many as 100,000 people annually under its immigration policies. I strongly oppose policies that fail to adequately protect Japanese citizens. Do not provide unconditional aid to Bangladesh!
