Today is the Ballon d'Or ceremony!
It's that time of the year again to celebrate the best player in the world.
Top football journalists from an international panel cast their votes, and a winner is eventually decided.
The top 30 candidates who have balled out over the past year will be ranked one after the other until we get to the final two.
Two players who have gone head-to-head throughout the race will have to wait until the very end to discover who comes out on top.
Today is that day again, and may the best man win!

We have two big matches this week, Liverpool in the Carabao Cup and Man Utd in the Premier League, with the way things are going I don't think we'll survive this both matches, Xabi Alonso needs to prove himself for us, but I still believe in him.
He's building something strong.

Suddenly, everyone has forgotten everything Bruno Fernandes has done for Manchester United. 🤦♂️🔴
Since joining United in January 2020, Bruno has been here for seven completed seasons, now playing his eighth.
📊 BRUNO FERNANDES — PREMIER LEAGUE RECORD
⚽ 74 goals
🎯 73 assists
🔥 147 goal contributions
And that includes a remarkable 21 Premier League assists in 2025/26.
Yes, Bruno can be criticised when he underperforms. No player should be above criticism. But one poor run, one disagreement or one game on the bench shouldn't erase years of contributions.
Before questioning his importance, remember what he has consistently brought to this team.
Criticise his performance, but don't rewrite his history. 🔴👏

Jude Bellingham will always be a better player than Pedri in my eyes. 🤷♂️🔥
Pedri is a good midfielder, but a lot of what he does is basic midfield play made to look special because Barcelona dominate possession. Bellingham offers so much more: goals, physicality, late runs into the box, creativity and the ability to decide big games.
There’s a difference between controlling the midfield and being a complete game-changer. Jude has that extra dimension.

🚨🔵 Estevão is reportedly shocked by his lack of playing time at Chelsea and struggling to understand the reasons behind it, with @TeamTalk claiming the Brazilian wants showdown talks.
However, Chelsea have no plans to let him leave, despite previous reports suggesting Barcelona are considering a move.
The Blues believe Estevão could play a much bigger role in the second half of the season.

🚨⚽ UNPOPULAR OPINION: 👀
The Premier League is the most entertaining league in the world, but some fans confuse entertainment with quality.
Can you genuinely name a league that comes close to the weekly drama in England? 👇

🚨🔵 Good news for Chelsea! Cole Palmer WILL be available against Manchester United! ✅💙
Despite his red card against Tottenham, Palmer will NOT miss the Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge. 👀🔥
His one-match suspension will instead be served in Wednesday’s Carabao Cup fourth-round tie against Liverpool. 🏆
That means Palmer could be back to cause problems for United this weekend! 😁🔵

Even with our C team
Our focus is on the UCl
And we're still very on track to win it after learning from these two indecisive L
For now, let them celebrate their Camp Nou title. They should back it up with a parade too cause this will be the only major thing that'll be special about the special one this season 😂
