avoidants will spend months shutting you out, dismissing your feelings, and making you feel like your emotions are the problem, only to lose interest when you’re no longer the same happy, secure, vibrant person they initially fell for. like, you can’t keep draining someone emotionally and then wonder why they don’t shine the way they used to.
