He achieved this physique in 8 months. If he can, YOU CAN!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The post's claim implies this physique (with chest acne and abdominal distension) was achieved naturally in 8 months, but such features are commonly associated with anabolic steroid/HGH use and exceed typical natural muscle gain rates of 1-2 lb/month for beginners.

Add step-ups + reverse lunges to your leg workouts and thank me later! You’ll definitely feel the burn. Challenge your legs, push your limits, and build a stronger, more athletic body. These movements can help improve your balance, coordination, and single-leg strength so you move better, not just lift heavier.

If you think you’re strong, try doing 25 reps of goblet squats. You’ll start questioning all your life decisions by rep 16. Leg day hits DIFFERENT when you stop chasing heavy weights and start chasing reps!
Disadvantages of goblet squat is that your hands give in before your legs . Just like in this video, had to switch the way I held the dumbbell

Never once thought I'd come across a bicep that looks small and massive at the same time.

Old-school or not, multiple exercise or Single.
It all doesn't matter as long as results are met.

Some people don't have a slow metabolism. They just underestimate how much they eat.
The snacks, sugary drinks, weekend takeout, and random bites throughout the day all count.
You can work out 5 days a week and still gain fat if you're consistently eating more calories than you burn.
Your gym membership can't negotiate with your calorie intake.

I’ll always pick cable rope pushdowns over the machine.I love the freedom of movement, the stretch, and being able to spread the rope at the bottom for a hard triceps contraction. Both are great, but the rope gets my vote every time!
I really felt the burn in my triceps using this machine! The controlled movement helped me focus on the contraction without worrying too much about stabilising the weight. It’s a great way to isolate the triceps and push close to failure with proper form.
But now I’m curious… Triceps pushdown machine vs. cable rope pushdowns which one is better for building bigger triceps? What’s your pick, gym bros?
