PHYSIOTHERAPY IS NOT MASSAGE
EP 1
I'm starting a video series called:
“Physiotherapy Is Not Massage.”
There is so much more to physiotherapy than rubbing someone’s back when they are in pain.
I'd be posting videos explaining what physiotherapists actually do, conditions we treat, and why rehabilitation is much more than massage.
If you have ever wondered what physiotherapy is really about, this series is for you.
Episode 1 soon.

A proposed three-bedroom bungalow in Abuja, modelled in Revit to BIM standards at LOD 350.
Live schedules taken from the model supported cost management and material tracking throughout the project. eg. the timber truss and steel quantities and the HDF cut list.#AutodeskRevit
Messi is the better version of longevity.
The only noticeable decline in his game, in my opinion, is his pace and that sharpness when turning and dribbling at high speed. But his vision, technique, football IQ, and ability to dictate games are still elite.
Longevity isn’t stealing your teammates goals at 37, longevity is not staying in the box and trying to get 1000 goals by all means, longevity is not claiming an own goal at 41, longevity is not refusing to retire cause of personal goals and in the process ruining the things you worked hard for, longevity is not Ronaldo.
Longevity is carrying your team to a world cup final at 39, longevity is finished at the ballon d’or top 5 at 39, longevity is giving a bottom barrel club trophies at 39, Longevity is MESSI. 🐐🐐

How the football world treated Messi in 2026 should tell you that being too good at what you do might do you harm
Messi was the best player in the World Cup but because they didn’t want Messi winning 3 golden balls, they have Rodri
Messi had an incredible World Cup but Harry Kane won the Ballon D’or because they are tired of seeing Messi win it
