Current speculation of who Ethan cheated with is Tamara Joseph, a 27 year old intern-animator at the podcast. The speculation is basically due to her absence in recent episodes... The H3 crew, including Hila, unfollowed her, and she hasn't engaged with any supportive statements for Hila. So far, Tamara is the only one out of the H3 crew who has not reposted or shared the statement, interacted with Hila's Instagram post, or issued any denial or any comments on social media. There are also rumors of a "poker" related incident... IFYKYK... Currently, there is no confirmed evidence that it's her, but it matches timing, social media patterns, and the "age match".
