All day I've been walking around shaken by a video. One where a rescuer strokes a dog wounded in an overnight Russian attack: a big, fluffy grey-and-white dog. And the poor thing is trembling in pain and dying. I can't forget the look in its eyes.
There will be no video. Because for social media, it's just content. For us, it's our life.

These are some of the consequences of the Russian attack on Kyiv. People are trapped in a car that was simply driving through Kyiv in the evening when a Russian missile struck near them. There was also a strike on the university. We know there are wounded and dead
It breaks your heart to watch these images… Ordinary people who were simply trying to live their already difficult lives are suffering at the hands of great evil…
Today, it’s important to speak honestly: without the help of allies and international partners, Ukraine will face even greater difficulties, and people’s suffering will only increase…
I see this as one of my main missions right now in Israel—during this crucial political period, to speak with everyone I can meet who is in a position to influence decisions: people are suffering and dying every day in Ukraine. You cannot stand idly by!
Together with the community, I pray for the swiftest possible recovery of all the wounded, for those who have lost their homes, and for every family affected by this terrible attack. May the Almighty protect Ukraine and give strength to all those who are saving lives today!!!

The good news is that we are winning in court. The bad news is that we have to win every case. Trump only needs to subvert one election to break democracy.

Wonder why beer isn't $5 anymore? Laney told me how her brewery would order tap handles and the tariffs would INCREASE mid-shipment.
The tariff would be as expensive as the product itself by the time it gets to them! A Democratic majority would fight to END Trump's trade wars.

📺 “We reported events one-sidedly for years”: Serbian TV apologizes to viewers after Vučić's party loses the election
Radio Television of Vojvodina (RTV) opened its news broadcast with footage of celebrations following the Student List's election victory — scenes it had failed to show the previous evening.
“For years, we failed to fulfill our duty. We kept silent, turned a blind eye, reported events one-sidedly, and failed to ask the necessary questions. For that, we owe our viewers an apology,” news anchor Goran Eror said.
Following the controversy, RTV's acting editor-in-chief Nenad Čačić resigned.
A similar incident occurred in Hungary, where state television also apologized to viewers after Viktor Orbán's election defeat.
🎉🎉 Serbia celebrates Vučić's defeat all night — now he's warning the country about sanctions against Russia
After 14 years of Aleksandar Vučić's political dominance, his bloc has lost the snap parliamentary elections. The opposition Student List, which emerged from mass anti-government protests, has claimed victory.
According to preliminary figures from Ipsos and CeSID, the students secured around 53% of the vote, while Vučić's coalition received approximately 39%.
The former president acknowledged defeat. He estimated that the winners could secure 135–140 seats in Serbia's 250-member parliament.
But he couldn't resist issuing a warning about Russia. Vučić claimed the new government could impose sanctions on Moscow as early as March or April.
Meanwhile, Belgrade and other Serbian cities celebrated the student movement's victory throughout the night, with car horns, singing, and crowds cheering in the streets.
Final election results are still pending.

In Serbia, a television station has apologized for "concealing" facts during Vučić’s time in office.
A news anchor for the Serbian broadcaster RTV ("Radio and Television of Vojvodina") stated on air that, for many years, "problems were kept quiet, a blind eye was turned to many issues, and information was presented in a one-sided manner." He offered an apology to the viewers for this.
Aleksandar Vučić, who had resigned from his position as President of Serbia prior to the elections, conceded defeat in the parliamentary elections held on October 25. Victory went to the "Student List," which emerged following two years of anti-government protests.
In Hungary, too, the primary state-run television channel, M1, apologized to its viewers for "years of lies"—this followed the electoral defeat of Viktor Orbán, who had held the office of Prime Minister for many years.
