We held out as long as we could.
In all seriousness, we've been writing AI-assisted code at Boot .dev for quite awhile. It took time for the models and tooling to get good enough for real best practices to emerge, and (candidly) for us to get good enough at it to have something worth teaching.
Now we do.
95 interactive lessons. You'll build a real interpreter with OpenCode v2. It covers all the important features of modern agents, plus the hard-won tips we've learned through every day usage.. and a few guest-takes from @thdxr on the OpenCode team.
Enjoy.
Got a Magic Trackpad 2 onto Bluetooth on @omarchy . Wired, it was a normal Apple HID device. Unplugged, it vanished. No pairing light, and the green switch only means it is on, not that it is looking for a new host. Once it actually advertised, pairing was ordinary BlueZ: pair, trust, connect. Hyprland picked it up as apple-inc.-magic-trackpad with no extra config.

about to comment #stoppollutingtheinternet on every person burning >1m tokens in a week
If I were in a room with all the bots and a gun loaded with enough ammo to keep one. I’d empty the clip into dots

Congrats to the team! Amazing to run a model of Muse Spark Open's caliber and scale this efficiently, right from your desk. Mac Studio keeps pushing the boundaries of on-device AI!
How has this man not been given infinite tokens?

I have asked my clanker to send some PRs for the Elixir one. Please ask your clanker to verify them and tell your clanker we are allowed to deviate from the Rails version in the same way Express/Go/Rust/ do (it was objecting to that in other PRs)!
The clanker says there is more work to be done but I don't have infinite tokens, so it would be nice to see those merged first.

Elon Musk on how he moves so fast: "I'm constantly addressing the limiting factor."
"I generally try to aim for a deadline that I at least think is at the 50th percentile. So, it's not like an impossible deadline, but it's the most aggressive deadline I can think of that could be achieved with 50% probability. Which means that it'll be late half the time."
"A maniacal sense of urgency is a very big deal. You want to have an aggressive schedule. And then you want to figure out what the limiting factor is at any point in time and, and help the team address that limiting factor."

Everyone says you need a Mac to build iPhone apps.
Now Flutter apps build on Linux too. @agrxculture sent three PRs to omarchy-apple-dev, and it builds and signs a Flutter iPhone app in 29 seconds.
No Mac. Just Omarchy Linux.
It's all open source: github.com/joshuaswarren/oma…
