$ASTS: THERE HAS TO BE A MISSING PIECE TO BLACKLIFT.
I understand the skepticism surrounding Blacklift's ambitious timeline. On the surface, it almost sounds too good to be true.
But I find it hard to believe Abel @AbelAvellan would commit to a billion-dollar rocket strategy without a concrete plan behind it.
I don't expect AST SpaceMobile to suddenly become a world-class rocket manufacturer overnight. That's precisely why I suspect there's more to this story than we've been told.
A strategic partner? An acquisition? An existing development program? I don't know.
But I have a feeling November 12 will answer some important questions.
Of course, ambitious plans can still fail. And management needs to prove the economics make sense.
For now, I'm willing to give Abel the benefit of the doubt and let the company reveal its strategy.
We've waited this long. A few more days won't hurt.
Patience, fellow $ASTS shareholders.

$ASTS GUESSING GAME BEFORE NOV. 9.
Two questions I can't stop thinking about:
1. Why BLACKLIFT, not BLUELIFT?
2. Why unveil it in NYC, not Texas?
My theory: Blacklift isn't just a rocket for BlueBird. It's a separate infrastructure business with ambitions beyond D2D.
And NYC? That's where you tell the capital markets a much bigger story.
Institutional investors. Strategic partners. Wall Street.
Could Abel be positioning ASTS for a new valuation narrative ahead of the Nov. 12 unveiling?
Pure speculation, of course. But the timing is fascinating.
What's your theory?

$ASTS ABEL HAS FINALLY STEPPED UP.
No more waiting around for launch schedules dictated by others.
Building our own launch capability is a bold move toward controlling our own destiny.
This is how trillion-dollar ambitions begin.
Not overnight. Not without risks. But with a vision that goes far beyond satellites.
Built for BlueBird. Built to fly. Bullish on the long game.
We are done waiting. We are on to satellite 51 - the largest spacecrafts ever in LEO! and we are not stopping. Blacklift: built for BlueBird, built to fly!. Join me at the unveiling webcast event on Thursday, November 12 investors.ast-science.com/ 🤠🇺🇸

$ASTS: WE WANTED LAUNCH DATES. ABEL JUST ANNOUNCED HIS OWN ROCKET.
AST SpaceMobile is building BLACKLIFT with $FLY engine technology.
• Reusable rocket
• Up to 5 BlueBirds per launch
• First launch targeted for late 2028
• $1.3B+ Firefly deal
I've been frustrated by launch uncertainty, but this is a much bigger long-term ambition.
ASTS doesn't just want to build satellites. It wants to control how they reach orbit.
Expensive? Absolutely. Risky? Yes.
But if they pull this off, the economics and strategic independence could be transformational.
This is the kind of bold vision that made me believe in $ASTS in the first place.
BULLISH ON THE VISION. NOW DELIVER.

AI IS BIGGER THAN POLITICS.
With Democrats taking Congress, I believe protecting America's AI leadership should remain a bipartisan priority.
Billions have been committed to AI infrastructure. Excessively restrictive policies could hurt investment and market confidence.
$NVDA $MSFT $GOOGL $AMZN $META $AMD are at the heart of this transformation.
And when AI stocks sell off, high-beta names like $ASTS can get dragged down too.
Regulation matters, but so does innovation.
I'm staying positive on America's technology future and $ASTS.

$ASTS: THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF THINKING WE NEED.
@peter_adderton , I agree that competing with Musk requires more than great satellite technology.
ASTS has the technology, spectrum access and major carrier relationships. What it needs next is faster execution and a strategy that turns those advantages into paying customers.
Your experience building disruptive wireless brands could bring real value.
SpaceX shouldn't have a free run at this market.
Competition is coming. Let's make sure ASTS leads it.@AST_SpaceMobile @AbelAvellan
We need a legitimate competitor to @elonmusk since he is looking at buying the brand I created Boost.🤣yep Someone else who thinks outside the box, isn't afraid to challenge conventional wisdom, speaks their mind, and is willing to take risks not something MNOs CEOs are rewarded to do.
I respect what Elon has built, but competition drives innovation, and nobody should have a free run at any market.
The difference? I understand wireless, I understand consumers, and I understand how to build brands that people connect with in a competitive field like consumer wireless and I know The MNOs strengths and weaknesses.
This may seem arrogant but I've spent my career challenging the established players, and I'd absolutely think I can give Elon a run for his money.😀

BREAKING $ASTS $T: THIS IS WHAT REAL PROGRESS LOOKS LIKE.
AT&T and AST SpaceMobile just demonstrated an industry-first handoff between a terrestrial cellular network and a satellite D2D network, powered by Ericsson and Nokia technology.
Why is this HUGE?
For $ASTS, it validates a critical step toward seamless satellite connectivity on everyday smartphones.
For $T, it strengthens AT&T's ability to extend coverage beyond traditional cell towers.
This isn't just about connecting a phone to a satellite anymore. It's about integrating space-based connectivity into existing mobile networks.
Two companies. One connected future.
BULLISH ON BOTH.
🛰️🧇 @ATT & @AST_SpaceMobile 🅰️chieved an industry first: a successful handoff between a terrestrial cellular network and a direct-to-device satellite network. With @ericsson & @nokia technology, the milestone brings satellite connectivity on everyday smartphones closer to commercial service.

2026 U.S. MIDTERMS: THE ULTIMATE AI ELECTION FORECAST 🇺🇸
I compared projections from GPT-6, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, and Muse, covering major forecasting models and prediction markets.
🔵 HOUSE: ~91% chance of Democratic control
Projected: 241 D – 194 R
🔵 SENATE: ~73% chance of Democratic control
Projected: 52 D – 48 R
The consensus? A Democratic House looks highly likely. The Senate remains the real battleground.
These are pre-election estimates, NOT results.
The AI summaries also share underlying sources, so they aren't six independent forecasts.

$ASTS JAPAN: THE Q4 2026 RAKUTEN LAUNCH TARGET IS STILL ON THE TABLE.
🇯🇵 In its October 28 report, Opensignal reiterates that Rakuten Mobile is targeting Q4 2026 for satellite-to-phone service with AST SpaceMobile.
• 11M+ Rakuten Mobile lines
• Nationwide coverage remains the ambition
• Video calls and data services envisioned
With only two months left in 2026, Japan remains one of the most important markets to watch.
The timeline hasn't changed in this report. Now we need execution.
Bullish on the opportunity. Watching the milestones.

$ASTS: WHILE EVERYONE WATCHES THE LAUNCH CLOCK, THE SPECTRUM STORY KEEPS GROWING.
🇨🇱 Chile: A newly circulated document reportedly grants AST SpaceMobile a 30-year nationwide S-band concession.
🇧🇷 Brazil: 30 MHz S-band approval.
This is how a global satellite network builds its regulatory footprint, country by country.
Satellites provide capacity. Spectrum rights unlock markets.
The Chilean concession still needs primary-source confirmation, but the strategic direction is hard to ignore.
Bullish on the long-term infrastructure story.
$ASTS The Chilean concession is public. It is confirmed that AST SpaceMobile has been authorized for S-Band Service transmission throughout the entirety of Chile
It includes 30 MHz Downlink and 20 MHz Uplink of S-Band. The authorization is valid for 30 years.

$ASTS: THE NEXT 9 DAYS MAY BE MORE ABOUT MACRO THAN MILESTONES.
With the Nov. 9 earnings call approaching, I’m not expecting major breakthroughs or launch announcements before then.
The reported Falcon 9 delay also raises doubts about a November launch.
For now, macro may drive the stock more than company-specific news.
Hopefully, U.S.–Iran peace talks make progress and broader market sentiment improves.
Until then, we ride the market, manage expectations, and wait for management to provide clarity.
Patience is part of the investment.

$ASTS WHY THE SILENCE ON BB14–16? THE SEC FILINGS OFFER A CLUE.
SpaceX's launch VP says Florida faces a six-week gap before its next Falcon 9.
Meanwhile, AST has yet to clarify the launch vehicle or date for BB14–16.
I examined AST's SEC filings. Here's what matters.
1. THE NDA IS REAL.
AST and SpaceX signed an NDA in 2018.
Section 8 of their 2022 Multi-Launch Agreement requires mutual consent for public announcements relating to the agreement or launch services.
That consent cannot be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
2. SPACEX HAD CONTRACTUAL CONTROL OVER KEY LAUNCH DECISIONS.
Under Section 2(b), SpaceX could select the launch vehicle for certain additional launch reservations after consultation with AST.
That is not the same as AST having unilateral control over its launch schedule.
3. BUT HERE IS THE CRITICAL DETAIL.
A February 2023 Launch Services Agreement superseded the 2022 agreement.
We cannot assume the old NDA and publicity restrictions govern BB14–16 today.
The current contractual terms have not been established from these filings.
SO WHY IS AST SILENT?
Contractual confidentiality is one possible explanation. Launch-provider scheduling uncertainty is another.
But neither has been confirmed as the reason for AST's silence.
MY TAKE:
Investors deserve clarity on launch readiness, vehicle assignment and scheduling risk.
The SEC filings explain why AST might face disclosure constraints. They do NOT prove AST is legally prohibited from speaking.
$ASTS needs transparency, not speculation.

Congrats to Blue Origin and Team Blue. Let's get those satellites flying.

🇺🇸 United States
🇨🇦 Canada
🇯🇵 Japan
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia
Over 3,000 U.S. cells enabled, with approximately 5,600 targeted by year-end.
More than 60 gateways installed or planned globally.
Production progressing through BlueBird 50.
Initial coverage will be intermittent, but the message is clear.
$ASTS is moving from building satellites toward delivering service.
Wall Street has been questioning execution. Now the company has put concrete milestones on the table.
The next step is proving them.
2026 is not over. Neither is the $ASTS story.
BULLISH.
