When I first saw this clip I thought she was referring to Charlie’s favorite brand of hot sauce. But no, as it turns out they are selling Kirk Hot Sauce for $8.99.

On November 5, 1775, General George Washington criticized his colonial troops for celebrating Pope's Night, an anti-Catholic gathering held every November 5 in England and the American colonies in which effigies of the pope were burned.
Washington called it a "ridiculous and childish custom" that offended French & Irish troops in the colonial army, and harmed relations with Canada, a potential ally in the American Revolution.
