Geisler's chart in his systematic theology says this regarding "Final Justification:"
Catholics affirm
Protestants deny
Don't read the Bible like N.T. Wright. Read the Bible like Deacon Joe.
N.T. Wright: "all Israel will be saved" means the whole Church of Jewish and Gentile believers, not ethnic Israel alone. #NTWright #Romans11 #Israel #Theology #ChristianPost

Aquinas, desiring to reign in the allegorical and exegetical excesses of his own day, sought to refocus the task of exegesis on a decided return to the 'literal sense' which must always be the foundation of the 'spiritual sense' of the Scriptures.

I appreciate the reminders that Christ is on His throne, but that's also the predicament. He's on the throne, and He's terribly angry with the country, including the Republicans. God will turn the wicked into hell, and all the nations that forget God. Start there.

Now, I am not one to actually call myself "reformed", but Dr. Wolf is just reiterating the words of the great Dr. Muller.
Also, I agree that the way some of the Baptist to Presby/Anglican converts speak is clownish.

Was not expecting this but very cool: The White House is acknowledging Reformation Day.
“The Sacred Scriptures helped form the religious convictions that formed our young Nation’s founding ideals of God-given rights and individual liberty, a spiritual inheritance we honor as we continue to reflect on 250 glorious years of American Independence. The Bible remains a cornerstone of our Nation’s character and upholds our steadfast devotion to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”

“Christ as king will protect my soul, Christ as a priest hath expiated my sins, Christ as prophet will remove my ignorance; my soul was in His mind upon the cross, my concerns are in His breast in heaven; my name is enrolled in the register of his subjects.”
