You see these construction projects that fail?Most times, the problem starts long before construction with forged approvals, corruption, and unqualified people doing work they aren’t trained for.
we must keep educating the public: building approvals are not just paperwork, and professional fees are not an expense to avoid. They are part of protecting lives.
