Remember how on regular chains (Ethereum, Solana) if you want to do anything with external data (exchange rates, weather, payments via API), you need to hire a whole crew: relays, oracles, bots, keepers? And pay with four different tokens? Plus a bunch of points where everything can break. Rialo approach is "pause - get result". In your code you just write AFTER wait until, and the transaction freezes while some request runs on the side (like a payment or a credit score check).
