Woke up with a migraine yesterday and it got worse today. Ironically, I've been doomscrolling more since there's nothing else to do in bed when I can't sleep. And when my eyes starts hurting a lot, I switch to listening to pods/vids at 10% volume LOL

When I compliment a client's OC, I mean it! Some artists might do it just to be nice and that's fine! But personally I only give compliments when I genuinely mean it ๐Ÿฉท
evie โค๏ธโ˜๏ธ@evielovesplushOct 26
do c0mm artists actually like their clients ocs when they compliment them or is it a "the performer at the club likes me!" situation

You can accumulate a LOT. I had like 12-15 codes, excluding the 12 I gave to trusted artists I vetted before JRUHUB infiltrated VGen. I stopped giving away more afterwards to avoid giving it to the wrong person. So I'm glad they put a hard limit on 2 codes at a time now

so all this time artist+ got more than 2 codes?? no wonder lot of these brokers could infiltrate ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I think you don't need to feel frustrated with not drawing everyday because during the empty time your brain organize the information of what you drew before and make you powerful and berigoo! Like muscle!

I haven't been very active on social media (it's great) so I'm not caught up with that's going on in the art or VTubing community. But this is how I felt once I started scrolling for more than 10 seconds

Hey Crumbkins ๐ŸชI'm reconsidering whether to leave model comms open on VGen or accept requests for these another way, especially with me planning to offer art+rigging next year (at least for chibis). So can you help me with this poll? Pros and cons for each are in the replies

Platforms (e.g VGen/Drawmarket): โ€ข Pros - Safer for both clients and artist โ€ข Cons - Higher model price to pay platform fees Direct Inquiries (e.g Google Form): โ€ข Pros - Lower price โ€ข Cons - Not as 'safe' since there's no 3rd party to help if anything happens

Based on OPโ€™s post, they meant the announcement feature on VGen artist profile (also used for status updates). You can uncheck the DM option if you donโ€™t want clients to get notified. I can see how clients might mistake it as being directed at them so this could help avoid that!

Please don't attack artists who post on their status asking people to commission them. It's so uncalled for. There's nothing wrong with asking for help
