Seedstarter Business Model Mission: Seedstarter is a platform for the regular people. Our mission is allowing unaccredited investors access to early-stage startup opportunities. Inspiration: The innovation of blockchain has inspired the creation of Seedstarter. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency have created new opportunities for the regular person who is traditionally excluded from startup investment opportunities. Unaccredited investors have been able to invest in crypto offerings which are more often than not tied to the company that sold them. However, the downside to these offerings is the purchases often come with no protection and the investor doesn't always know what they are investing in. At Seedstarter, investors know exactly what they are purchasing and are given opportunities to legally share in the success of startups. While not all offerings will have a blockchain component to them, the inspiration of allowing regular non-accredited investors an opportunity to directly invest in new, exciting projects remains. Revenue: Seedstarter receives a % of each successful raise on platform (typically between 5.5-6.5%) and also receives a 1% in kind investment in the offering. We will also be charging application fees down the road when the Seedstarter Token is launched. For now, those fees are waived. Market: According to SkyQuest Technology, the global crowdfunding market was about $17.61 billion in 2021 and is predicted to grow to around $42.93 billion by 2028. In 2022, over $490 million was raised through Regulation CF and over $430 million was raised through Regulation A+ (the two equity crowdfunding regulations). Now is the opportune time to jump in.
