The NY Times is officially in its "but her emails" phase of election coverage. Soon this will be over and it can return to its puzzles and games.

A statement from DNC Black Caucus Chair Virgie Rollins: “Michigan Democrats are proud to stand behind Abdul El-Sayed as our nominee for U.S. Senate and in two days we will elect him to serve us in Washington.
We are dismayed that Haley Stevens has revealed herself to be a sellout who used Black Michiganders for a political stunt.”

This seems like a Kensington Palace briefing. To Simon Case, Samantha and Jason have clean hands and pretend they knew nothing. Which is a lie. How are they looking for the bodyguard? The same way the Met tried to lie, they never handed Meghan a letter. Then she can with proof

Another MP who along with Niall Ferguson must study African history. There was no “Ghana” as a nation and no generic “Africans” in the era of the Atlantic slave trade. Also: several local leaders whose ancestors ruled local states of the Gold Coast have apologized #slaveryarchive
Africans fully participated in the slave trade at Elmina, Ghana.
Trade records from the Dutch West India Company, Royal African Company, and Danish ledgers from Elmina, Cape Coast show African rulers and merchants negotiating prices, quantities, and terms with European factors.
African brokers and rulers controlled who could trade and where.
African-authored testimony, for example, Ottobah Cugoano, a Fante man enslaved around 1770, wrote that he was kidnapped by fellow Africans and sold into slavery.
In fact the Asante expansion in modern-day Ghana involved conquering neighbours like Denkyira, Akyem, and Gonja. The prisoners taken in those wars- by Africans- supplied both the coastal trade and domestic labour.
The fort archaeology from excavations at Elmina, Cape Coast, and inland Asante sites back all of this up.
On your logic, the government of Ghana should be apologising for their involvement in slavery.

Kensington Palace or the Met Police need to come up with a better lie, that they are looking for the bodyguard, like the person is not an RPO and they don’t have their details. 😩😂😂

Apparently, Trump's DOJ made a big list of people and claimed they're illegals voting in California.
Except over 40% of them are not on any voter roll, meaning they aren't even voters. While many others are actual citizens.
DOJ - incompetent at everything but evil.

Again this is the type of reporting our national news orgs should be breaking and amplifying but it’s left to @WIRED
How the hell did this Administration allow a 28-year-old DOGE operative with zero government experience to take over USAID, fire thousands of federal employees, and shut down lifesaving aid programs around the world?
Not to mention that HR had zero record of him working there, he never completed his background paperwork to legally start working for the agency, and he didn’t even have an ID badge, because, officially, he didn’t exist as an employee.
And yet, all on his own, this man was given the go ahead to lock staff out of their own systems and use your taxpayer dollars to gut lifesaving programs with zero transparency.
The Trump Administration owes the American people and Congress answers. Who signed off on this? Why on earth was he given this kind of power?
This wasn’t an accident. Someone handed this man unchecked power, someone knew he wasn’t legally authorized to use it, and someone decided that there was nothing wrong with that.
Well, everything is wrong with that. Congress needs answers about this, and that is NOT optional.

This article reads like Propaganda from the North Korean variety and I find it puzzling that it passed Editorial standards. Any Journalism student would be sent back to the drawing board.
