Hi @Facebook. My account was hacked and suspended on July 12. The account has now been disabled and it seems next to impossible to get any help from Facebook. I was beside my fiancé having lunch in a restaurant when she got a notification that I'd posted something on FB... (1)
Online, it says that you have 30 days to appeal. I just tried through a portal that I can finally access now that the suspension block has been removed which prevented me from accessing certain parts of the help page, but even that says I've left it too long to appeal.
@facebook, it's ridiculous that I can't get any help and can't lodge any appeal for help. I stand to lose all my contacts (nearly 3000 Facebook friends) and loads of photos that I only still have on Facebook. It's frustrating, upsetting, and infuriating. Please, help.
