Every single attachment on the HHS docket had to be opened, downloaded, and re-hosted one by one. No bulk download. No API. The site throws a 403 the second you try to automate it. Gigabytes of studies, and the only way through it was manual labor. Public health information shouldn't require a download queue to reach people. That's why we re-hosted it all so you can read every attached comment and study in your browser.
I'll make a raw download for anyone who wants a zip file with every attachment submitted to HHS on wireless radiation.

HHS just cleared another 500 comments today on the cell phone radiation docket. That's 4,515 to 5,083 published publicly out of 7,081 total submissions.
Roughly 2,000 are still under review, and at about 500 a day, the backlog should clear by the end of the week. If your comment isn't up yet, it will be.
