My complicated latest on how Israel's dangerous impunity in the West Bank resembles Trump's dangerous impunity playing fast and loose with troops on U.S. soil realcontextnews.com/trump-ta…
😭😭😭
NOW: The Yemeni “government” has taken down their recent post that says…
Basically, we’re just going to indiscriminately slaughter large groups of people in Ansar Allah (Houthi) controlled territories in Yemen.
Turns out that’s not really a cool thing to openly announce to the public. But it’s okay, I brought screenshots!

I mean, if Starshield can be throttled in Ukraine, can it also be throttled in the Persian Gulf or around Taiwan if Musk disagrees with this or that military operation? The mystery of the last week certainly raises the question.
Terrorists
Hilltop youth wedding, Gush Etzion. IDF rifles in the air, and the song is the Neturei Karta anthem: "The rule of the heretics we do not recognise."
The singer closes with "We will break the Zionists' teeth!"
Someone waves a flag for Ariel Dahari, charged with terrorism for clubbing a 52-year-old Palestinian woman. After the party, a car is torched in Beit Ummar: "Regards, Dahari, and mazal tov."
The state arms them and helps them ethnically cleanse Palestinians. They don't recognize it.

MORE: The US naval blockade on Iranian ports has degraded Iran’s ability to earn revenue from oil exports, which may motivate the Iranian regime to intensify efforts designed to break the US blockade.
Yemeni government-aligned forces are continuing to steadily consolidate control over terrain on the southern end of the Red Sea coastal plain.
The Houthis are continuing to attack Saudi government, civilian, and oil infrastructure sites in order to compel Saudi leaders to withdraw support for the Yemeni government and capitulate to Houthi demands.
NEW: The Houthis almost certainly captured a major roadway segment that links Houthi frontlines on the outskirts of Taiz City to other frontlines in central Taiz Governorate on October 22. The Houthis posted footage of fighters in vehicles at various geolocated positions along a segment of the Taiz-Aden ground line of communication (GLOC) in the al Dhabab valley between al Misrakh District and Taiz City's southwestern limits.
Other Key Takeaways:
The United States and Israel are reportedly making preparations for renewed strikes on Iran after the US midterm elections. The New York Times reported on October 21 that the US and Israeli militaries have developed specific plans for a short and intensive operation against Iran after the US midterm elections on November 3, citing US officials and other people briefed on the deliberations.

Stop the Arch.
New: Trump adds several political appointees to the National Capital Planning Commission, replacing career officials as alternate commissioners, before next month's vote on his controversial triumphal arch.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨please help
Everything basic has vanished from the markets, and what little remains is ridiculously unaffordable. We are drowning in a nightmare we don't understand, trapped with 9 souls, 7 children including a baby girl, and a sick, injured family. Please, our free friends around the world, look at our agony. Donate $5, $10, or whatever you can—even the smallest amount is a lifeline for us. I am begging you to save my children:

The Gulf countries spend over $130 billion on their defense. For comparison, the UK spends ~$90 billion; Germany spends ~$110 billion. Israel spends ~$50 billion.
Yet they seem incapable of reliably defending themselves on their own. Why?
My thesis in this thread: To be able to defend themselves requires fundamental changes in their very statehood models that their regimes are ill-equipped to deliver.

The Emiratis thought only Sudanese people would stand against Nusseibeh’s bid for the UN’s highest seat. They badly miscalculated.
The world is closing ranks against them. The UAE cannot bankroll a genocide in Sudan and then expect to crown one of its own at the head of the UN as if nothing happened.
you cannot fund the destruction of a nation and expect the world to hand you its highest seat of power. Sudan will not be silenced and accountability will not be negotiated away.
#KeepEyesOnSudan
The United Nations should confront impunity, not crown it.
The UAE has put forward a candidate for UN secretary-general. Its record is appalling.
It has armed Sudan’s genocidal RSF militia, which has carried out mass murder and mass rape. It also stands accused of arming and financing warlords and militias in Libya and across the Middle East—empowering war criminals who rule through violence and brutal repression.
It has bankrolled Trump and the dictators who crushed the Arab Spring, helping extinguish millions of people’s hopes for democracy, dignity, and freedom.
Elevating a UAE candidate to UN secretary-general would not be a triumph of diplomacy. It would be a debasement of the international system: rewarding a corrupt regime accused of enabling atrocities with leadership of the very institution charged with preventing them.

Fascinerend.

On October 22, 2026, Israel continued its daily slaughter. Here are the people it killed over those 24 hours:
1) Khader Abu Sarya, age unknown, Gaza City. He was on an electric bicycle near the Industry Junction on Wednesday night when an Israeli aircraft struck it. He was killed with the man riding with him. Several bystanders were wounded, some seriously.
2) Alaa Ibrahim Arshi, age unknown, Gaza City. Killed in the same strike on the electric bicycle at the Industry Junction.
3) Fouad al-Ghoula, age unknown, Gaza City. He was in a civilian car near the Radio and Television building in Tel al-Hawa on Thursday afternoon when an Israeli drone fired a missile at it. The car burned.
4) An unnamed man, Tel al-Hawa, Gaza City. Killed in the same car with Fouad al-Ghoula. Al-Shifa Medical Complex confirmed two dead. His name has not yet been published.
5) Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Barakeh, age unknown, Khan Younis. He was on an electric bicycle near the Social Affairs junction in the al-Amal neighborhood, west of the city, when an Israeli reconnaissance drone struck it on Thursday. Three others were wounded and taken to Nasser Medical Complex.
6) Rafeef Raed Labd, 17, Jabalia camp. A girl. She was shot dead by Israeli army fire on Thursday morning in the al-Falluja area west of the camp, in an area crowded with displaced people. Al-Shifa announced her death.
7) Muadh Salama al-Bair, age unknown, Jamla, Daraa countryside, Syria. A young man with a disability. Israeli forces entered his village at about 1:30 AM Thursday with 12 to 15 vehicles, searched homes and posted snipers on rooftops. He was walking in his neighborhood when soldiers shot him. They took him, wounded, toward an Israeli position at Tal al-Ghaithar. After the patrol withdrew, his body was found at the border fence.
Just another random day of a supposed ceasefire. But every day, Israel kills multiple people.
The numbers: 7 people killed in these 24 hours (6 in Gaza, 1 in Syria). Gaza's Health Ministry puts the toll since the October 11, 2025 ceasefire at 1,538 killed and 5,498 wounded, with 841 bodies recovered from the rubble. Since October 7, 2023: 74,498 killed and 175,616 wounded.
