Trump and Hegseth are lying and completely out of touch while USS Lincoln families suffer in silence.
A military wife whose husband is on the ship didn't mince words:
"They scream 'support our troops' until our troops need support. Now everyone's lying."
HEARTBREAKING!💔

Right now, more than 5,000 sailors and Marines are stuck aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln in the ninth month of a deployment that was supposed to last seven, supporting military operations against Iran that Congress never authorized.
Their families are begging someone to listen.
Moldy showers, broken toilets, no hot water for weeks, meals that came down to half a cup of rice and two tortillas.
A ship’s store out of soap, deodorant, and toothpaste.
Sailors so worn down that, according to one family member, the ship’s own doctor warned they need to reach port soon or people are going to start losing their minds.
Back in April, when families first raised the alarm, Pete Hegseth dismissed the reports as fake news. These are the people we ask to serve in one of the most dangerous workplaces on Earth, the flight deck of a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.
They, and their families, deserve answers. ms.now/news/conditions-safet…

Chevron just posted $12 billion in profit. Up 400% in a year. Their biggest quarter ever. Exxon made $14.5 billion. You paid for all of it at the pump.
Say what you want about Trump. He’s making something great again. And who’s more deserving than Big Oil.
In 2024 he asked them for a billion dollars and promised their whole wish list in return. This morning they collected.

Before he was an Oscar winner, 18-year-old Leonardo DiCaprio was getting fired from Romper Room for slapping TV cameras.
In this clip, David Letterman opens by asking a young Leonardo DiCaprio if he has filed his income taxes yet, to which Leonardo admits his mom handles them. David then asks about Leonardo's full name, leading Leonardo to share how an agent once tried to change his name to "Lenny Williams" because "Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio" sounded too ethnic. Leonardo explains that his name reflects his heritage, as his mother is German and his father is Italian.
Moving on to how Leonardo got started in television, he recalls being on the children's show Romper Room at three years old. He admits he got so overly excited—running around, slapping cameras, and trying to pull his mom on stage—that the producers kicked him off the show. Finally, David praises Leonardo's performance alongside Robert De Niro in the film This Boy's Life, complimenting his work on the project.

Michele Fiore raised $70,000 to build a statue for a Las Vegas cop killed in the line of duty. She spent it on cosmetic surgery, her rent, and her daughter’s wedding. A jury convicted her in two hours. Trump pardoned her before she was ever sentenced.

I will instruct our intelligence to share with our partners the information we have regarding Russia’s new assistance to the Iranian regime. Since the beginning of July, we have recorded active Russian satellite surveillance of the Gulf states and U.S. military facilities located there. These images subsequently appear in Iran. At the same time, there is a clear correlation between Russia’s satellite imagery of these sites and Iranian strikes – both before the attacks, in preparation for them, and afterward, to assess the damage inflicted.
On July 19 and 20 alone, four air bases fell within the area of interest of Russian satellites – two in Bahrain, one in Jordan, and one in Kuwait. The purpose is clear. None of us in the world should turn a blind eye to one very simple fact: evil always seeks ways to make things worse and spread further. Russia must be stopped. This war must be stopped. Pressure on the aggressor must work.
From the evening address. (3/3)
