Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

Tonight was my second night of OCIA. The group is starting to have more fun discussions, telling jokes and growing together. I wish I'd done this decades ago. I just hope God can use me for however much time I have left on Earth.

I'm going back to my old, reliable method of simply voting for whomever is not currently the incumbent. That technique has never let me down.

If humans are no longer writing and reviewing code, why the need for high-level languages? why layers over layers of abstraction? why so much complexity? If the future is AI, the far best option is just C... and #raylib. github.com/raysan5/raylib

The worst thing in the world is waking up to discover your Windows computer has rebooted without warning to keep me safe. Thanks Microsoft! I am always happy to find you making decisions for me.

Can we all please start talking about the fact that 98% of all HTTP requests to every server I own is a bot? For every normal user requesting a page, there are 10-15 different bots all either crawling every page or sending thousands of requests trying to exploit WordPress.🙄

@grok - what percentage of HTTP web traffic is caused by a bot or spider? And what is an estimate of the total bandwidth used daily by bots compared to humans?

Pretty sure I just got promoted from CEO of @htmx_org to CTO. I'm basically a world-famous open-source developer now.

This is gross. We shouldn't have to live like this.
if someone has an input named `closest` on a form, it stomps on the `closest()` function github.com/bigskysoftware/ht… it's a miracle anything works

Video models will never be the same again after you use H3 Max for once. And not gated fal.ai/models/minimax/h3-max…
MiniMax H3 Max, a post-trained version of MiniMax H3 developed by fal, debuts at #1 in Image to Video and #3 in Text to Video on the Artificial Analysis Video Leaderboards with Audio, ahead of the base MiniMax H3 on both MiniMax H3 Max is built and served by fal, and post-trained from MiniMax H3. fal describes it as being tuned for stronger prompt adherence and better aesthetics, co-optimized with their custom inference stack for higher throughput. It generates 5 to 15 second clips with native audio at up to 768p. In the Artificial Analysis Video Arena, H3 Max ranks #1 in Image to Video with Audio, narrowly ahead of ByteDance's Dreamina Seedance 2.0 720p. It ranks #3 in Text to Video with Audio, on a board where the top three models sit within 6 points of each other. fal prices MiniMax H3 Max at $0.04 per second of 768p video ($2.40 per minute). The base MiniMax H3 endpoint on fal is $0.06 per second at the same resolution. fal has stated its intent to release the weights for MiniMax H3 Max. If it does, H3 Max would become the highest ranked open weights model on both boards, ahead of MiniMax H3, which leads on open weights today. Congratulations to @fal on the release! See below for comparisons between MiniMax H3 Max and other leading models in the Artificial Analysis Video Arena 🧵
