Who told Nigerians that to be a President of Nigeria you must first have been a governor of a state?
If so, have you considered Lagos state? It’s the leading state in Nigeria.
Technically, all the past Lagos sate governors should become presidents!
Material - Not a problem
Environment - Low lighting
Equipment- plane engine running, active propeller, IDLH zone around the propeller
People- steward is present, protects first individual, couldn’t catch up with the next.
Systems - inadequate training stewards! Poor passenger safety education, in adequate number of stewards , no barricades, no clear walk way, encroachment.
Lol, your grammar is poor. He “could” be charged! Not he “should” one is an opinion the other is your judgment of which you have no legal grounds to pass a judgement!
When I said he should be charged with Manslaughter, they said I was talking like a Policeman.
Now, Spanish Police have opened investigation on it. Someone like @Wizarab10 even replied my tweet with “K” cause he felt I was not making sense.
