@Uber my son is out of town and left his phone in one of your drivers cars last night. We called the phone and talked to the driver. Thankfully, it was still in the car. We’ve offered to meet him and pick it up but he wants money. Essentially, he’s holding it hostage and he’s literally 13 miles away from my son. Isn’t there an easier and more ethical way to make this happen? We’ve tried reaching out to you direct, but this is the only form of communication we can find. Thank you for any help you can give.

AA 3613 @AmericanAir just saw your Captain kick a guy off for his bag being in overhead. The flight attendant was super rude to the guy then went and told the Captain that the man cussed at him.
Guy was sitting in 14c. Flight attendant should be disciplined along with pilot
