Ron Baron asked Elon Musk how many CEOs live on site in an Airstream and work hands-on with everyone. MUSK: “Airstreams are actually pretty nice... It’s parked right next to the power plant.” “We built this power plant that’s producing over a gigawatt... in about a year, as opposed to normally about five years.” “There is no upstairs.” He walks the entire site up to five times a day. He’s pulled power cables “the size of an anaconda,” run fiber, wired switches, and worked on the power plant software. “I try to do at least a little bit of everything, so that I’m not numb to the pain of the people who are actually doing it.” “It’s not as though I’m sitting in an office and somebody has to come to me. I’m walking the floor, asking them questions actively.” There’s a reason SpaceX is winning the compute race.

Tundu Lissu was charged with treason. He has been convicted on a charge he was never tried for, Incitement. Tanzania is crazy. I appeal to my President, @WilliamsRuto, to mediate and ask for the release of Tundu Lissu before he leaves Mwanza for Nairobi. @SingoeiAKorir

To my friends in the transport sector, kindly take note. As you continue expanding your truck fleets, please remember that more trucks mean more drivers, increased consumption of milk, unga and fuel, not forgetting the growing demand for services from our hardworking twilight entrepreneurs along the highways. Our top economists have already enlightened us on the economic indicators, from milk shortages to increased soda consumption being a sign of a booming economy. We should therefore brace ourselves for shortages across several sectors. I would particularly welcome the expert opinions of our 527/- gang, especially those who claim to be big transporters and logistics gurus.

Commercial activist Nelson Amenya was paid handsomely to incite emotional Kenyans to push stupid hashtags on X against Adani. I am ashamed that I fell into that trap. I guess he learned how to brainwash Kenya from his former boss, “Prophet” David Owour.

Caroli Omondi, MP Suba South and Secretary General for Linda Mwananchi Movement, had some interesting remarks during World Bank's Kenya Economic update where focus on governance issues were in discussion earlier today. He alleged someone in government is pocketing $30 per metric tonne every month from fuel importation into the country. 1/2

A Project I'm part of has been able to meet the Planned Budget Cost at 95% accuracy and quality satisfaction because my client stuck to the following golden rules. 1. They organised a pre-design site visit in which a clear, futuristic and archievable scope was set. This prevented unnecessary changes, misunderstandings and kept the proj aligned to their vision. 2. Allowed sufficient time for design and documentation work. The design process wasn't rushed, they allowed us convenient time to think and rethink, revise, amend and advise their suggestions. 3. Sought all the relevant statutory approvals. This saved us alot of time and money during construction and gave them a piece of mind so they fully focused on sourcing of funds. 4. They hired Qualified and experienced construction team. From the design team, the contractors , consultants to the skilled technicians on site, we helped them go through the construction professionally and with quality. 5. Material sourcing and supply. This is the most crucial as it's where 60-70% of the funds proceed to. Getting a reliable and trustworthy supplier is the very very crucial. Apart from giving a peace of mind it ensures material supplied is of superior quality and most importantly QUANTITY. 6. Maintained Quality control at every stage. Quality should never be compromised to save on time or money. Poor workmanship and unsuitable materials leads to costly repairs, maintenance expenses and long term structural concerns. Regular inspections, appropriate material selection by the team, adherence to specifications and professional supervision helped maintain quality throughout the execution. 7. Coordination and clear communication. Even the best construction plan requires effective execution. Architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and them owners worked together with clear communication and well defined responsibilities. This again reduced material wastage, avoided unnecessary rework, improved resource utilisation and kept the project moving towards it's goal. Let me land by stating that if you're building your dream home and you've skipped the critical procedures, you're definitely going to spend more and get an undesirable quality. At foundation level and you're already saving by not having hardcore compacted? No need for DPC, DPM? Haven't done soil test and Structural engineers supervision because your fundi on site knows it all? You have no approvals and full set of drawings ie Architectural, Structural , BoQ, MEPs and Material schedules? Haven't registered with NCA? Your contractor is not NCA registered? Instead you're tipping the county officials and NCA inspectors? I have bad news for you my friend! So far so good.

All year, General Muhoozi kept saying Uganda should leave Somalia. Most dismissed it as social media noise. Somali sources tell a different story: the message wasn’t coming from Kampala, but from Abu Dhabi. UAE’s targets: Türkiye’s planned spaceport at Warsheikh and its oil exploration off the Somali coast. The plan: strip Somalia of its security shield before they’re built. Uganda’s exit is step one. barazabrief.com/2026/11/what…

President Kagame when US removed Rwanda from AGOA. This is leadership!
The US to exclude Rwanda from AGOA once again. In 2018, the US suspended Rwanda’s preferential trade benefits under AGOA. Why? Because Rwanda stood up for its local textile industry and challenged the importation of second-hand clothes from the US. Rwanda called on fellow East African countries to reduce their reliance on imported second-hand clothing and focus instead on building local manufacturing capacity, creating jobs, and strengthening domestic industries. The US opposed this policy and pressured Rwanda to reverse its position. While other EAC countries bowed to US pressure, Rwanda maintained its stance, arguing that Africa needed to build its own industrial capacity rather than remain dependent on imported used clothing. The consequence was the suspension of Rwanda’s AGOA benefits in 2018. Now, years later, Washington is once again moving toward excluding Rwanda, alongside South Africa, from AGOA. My question: Is AGOA being used purely as a trade development programme, or is access to it increasingly influenced by political and diplomatic considerations?

That would be Paul Kobia aka prezda. Kobia is known for living life at "maximum volume" and has a history of firearms related incidents and physical confrontations. In 2017, he was arrested for storming a lodge in Kilimani, firing shots into the air, and abducting a Congolese businessman over an alleged Sh40 million debt. That's the man Kabila came for.
😂😂😂the answer is right there.
“His abduction is directly linked to a case at the Makadara Law Courts, where he complained against known NIS, ATPU and military intelligence officers. These officers had earlier indicated that they would interfere with the matter, but they have now opted to abduct him,” — Lawyer Alex Kubo, after reporting the alleged abduction of lawyer Ahmed by Kenyan police.

Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen and IG Douglas Kanja are in the spotlight again as video shows the moment when Advocate Abshir Ahmedsadak Abdi was abducted on Sunday, 1/11/26, along Muchai Drive in Nairobi. Abshir was trailed by 2 motor vehicles, a Prado TX and a double cab largely associated with security agencies. As visible in the CCTV footage, the occupants of the vehicles had guns. The alleged abduction is being linked to a case the advocate has been handling against some senior police officers. The Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja is today appearing in court in yet another case to explain the investigation's progress of an alleged abduction of Tanzanian activist Twaha Mwaipaya. Mwaipaya was allegedly abducted in Kenya with reports indicating possible irregular repatriation.
