When we were talking with our YC partner when we were debating whether or not take the offer, he mentioned that the most incredible thing about YC is seeing how cracked your group around you is, which in hindsight, usually is an enormous boost of motivation if you have the right mentality

your mum isn't going to pick an ai assistant off a benchmark
she's going to use the one her friend won't shut up about
AI with the swipe of a finger?! I’m about to be out here moving like prime James Bond.

What if your devices, apps and agents knew what you wanted?
You finish breakfast, and your Uber is booked.
Running late, your agent sends a “Running late” text.
You reach home, and your lights turn on.
AI is proactive now. But it still needs your yes. It waits, for you to unlock your phone, open an app and tap approve. Every time, hundreds of times a day.
AI needs its own interface.
Aina is a ring with a screen that predicts and shows you the three things you’ll need next. One flick of your thumb, and it’s done. For everything.
✦ Cues: proactive suggestions, ready before you need them
✦ Voice: talk to your agents, take notes, dictate
✦ Remote: control your music, Mac and TV
✦ Calls: right from your hand

Last month our sales team @slashapp requested 234 unique graphic assets for clients/events
I spent under 4 hours on all of them combined
One-pagers, pitch decks, Luma covers, booth designs & more for a $1B sales org, 97% automated with AI
Here’s exactly how it works:
For the next 30 days I’m traveling the country in search of the next $100B startup!
DAY 3 → This Y Combinator startup (@catchback_cards) has raised $8,000,000 to create digital packs of collectibles, that anyone can rip. @sohan_zhang gave me a full HQ tour!
30 days of startups is powered by @framer, the pro site builder with a world class design agent.
What startup should we visit next?

Slash is where people go to do the best work of their life.
The best thing about the team here at slash is that everyone is so obsessed with their craft and is so ambitious. I see everyday how each person wants to intrinsically get 1% better at what they do.
Excited to announce @slashapp just crossed $500m in annualized revenue with under 100 employees.

If you aren’t posting content, it is simply illogical at this point
One of the most important features for anyone running coding agents is having the ability to close your laptop.
For that to happen agents need to run on cloud machines, close your laptop and let them keep going...

Today we’re introducing Aether @aetherruntime.
The fastest cloud coding agents in the world that you can use with your existing subscription
Give it a task and just 20 seconds later your build is running on its own cloud machine. You can pick up from your phone, watch every line, and step in whenever you want as if it was local. Close the laptop. It keeps going.
It runs Claude Code or Codex on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already pay for so there’s not a 2nd AI bill. You only pay for the machine.
When it’s done, if code review is enabled, a reviewer agent runs the code with the changes, which catches classes of bugs that can't be found from static analysis.
Before building Aether I built infra at Apple, Uber, and HeyGen. I built Aether because the cloud agents I tried before all had drawbacks, and I couldn't imagine building something without it now.
It’s free to start. runaether.dev

This Bible quote really struck me:
"Even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.", Matthew 20:28
One of the key realizations that changed my life for the better (I got happier, wealthier and more aligned) was realizing that success in life comes not from focusing on yourself, but from focusing on helping others.
It's a very humbling feeling, and one I'm grateful for.
To see in Scripture that same realization exemplified at the highest level was really eye opening...
The very Son of God, not asking for anything, but instead focused on serving others?
How badass.
I hope that I can always have this orientation as one of my foundational values.
It's not always at the forefront, but it's something I aspire to.
Give, Give, Give, and you'll receive tenfold!

$500k across my first 3 apps
3 things carried over
1. reply to customers fast
2. hear what they mean, not what they say
3. build a team you trust to respond and ship
everything else i relearned
RT @mmmkkkkgggg: 00:50 is the evidence that I'm camera shy
