Better in bull markets. I think as long as btc is above its 50 wma it’s a very good way to Get a yield on any savings. Below 50 wma it gets dicier as we saw last bear
Fwiw, I think $STRC and/or $SATA are good places to keep give or take half of your emergency fund.

The entire goal of btc is to be a decentralized, censorship resistance, store of value. KISS
everyone is FUDDING AI as an attack vector for BTC, but I have to say, the decision to keep the software simple, the attack surface small, and extensively vet every change looks incredibly prescient right now. if anything, AI hacking the shit out of everything validates the approach BTC Core has taken over the past decade to move slowly and resist adding complex functionality that cryptards said was essential and the absence of which made BTC obsolete.

Few people realize that Tesla is going to make owning a car seem like a burden for most of the population Car payments, car insurance, tickets, parking, maintenance, registration, taxes, car washes and interior cleaning… When cheap and efficient taxis are everywhere, it will cost less than paying for gas to ride anywhere you want and the ride will get there in <2 min to pick you up Give it five years and most people with infrastructure around them will be wondering why they even own a car

Reasonable.
Bitwise's new 10-year forecasts: US stocks: 6.7% a year Private equity: 10.8% a year Bitcoin: 34.3% a year, to $1.6 million by 2036 Bitcoin at $80k is a 95% discount

Honestly you have to be a psychopath to hold a material amount of your net worth in BTC for 2 or 3 Cycles 🤝

A flood will occur above 100k
This will be a real problem because of where price is; how it’s a shallower cyclical correction and because it’s near psychological 100k. It will naturally be the hardest cycle to recover from.

This is true. 91% of the things you worry about never happen. The things you need to be worried about don’t. Lesson there
Reminder that fear is their real pandemic and if you simply do not give a fuck there is no pandemic. Shit happens sure… but the “pandemic” happens first and foremost in your mind.

Remember that November is historically the single most bullish month of the year for the markets, so if the high 70s was enough of a drop and Bitcoin wants to have a stab at a recovery, now is the time for that to start to unfold.

The boring and true story is how some Bitcoin mining companies are pivoting to AI. The interesting and true story is how some AI companies are pivoting to Bitcoin mining (as a small % of overall load, so they can be more flexible and monetize otherwise wasted energy)

A brutal year for Bitcoin is just getting started. Give me three minutes to explain why you should dump it now. Outflows from ETFs are signal and will continue. We will test the 57k low again in the next 12 months. Why? Because there are far too many dynamic places to put your money that are creating MUCH more value. Why put your resources into a dead network that offers nothing beyond a store of value? What's the point of place the BTC be if Bitcoin's Ponzi-scheme nature has gone away!?! The viral nature of bitcoin was it's power... if you didn't own you were MOCKED! Now? Completely reasonable, heck, SMARTER, to ignore bitcoin and place other bets! No one is trying to convince people to buy Bitcoin anymore... the memes and NFTs are gone. No one is saying $ BTC can change the world, because it won't — and BECAUSE AI HAS! Just sell and shift from Bitcoin to Super Intelligence because one provides little to no value, and the other provides unlimited upside for humanity. This should be obvious to everyone right now. Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again.

Seems pretty notable that despite all of the pivots to AI from miners, hash rate for bitcoin is quietly almost back at record highs
