🚨 Late night ruling from the Ninth Circuit after SCOTUS declined to issue an injunction pending appeal.
California and Washington state are now on official notice. The 2-1 panel ruled that the thousands of non-citizen ballots CAN be sequestered. Election officials can also face prosecution for counting the noncitizen ballots, per the ruling.

Agents seized the massive stash during the operation after tips led them to the facility where the ballots had been stored and prepared for distribution. The discovery has sent shockwaves through the election system as officials scramble to determine how many of these illegal ballots may have already been cast or were ready to be injected into the count.
Every single one of the fraudulent ballots was filled out for Democratic candidates which points to a coordinated effort to tip races across the state. Investigators are now examining the origin of the ballots the people who controlled the storage units and any connections to political operatives or campaigns. This is why every race is tied as I make this comment. The real polls opened a few minutes ago in Ohio. On text message polls, I didn't respond to a single one. That makes me a problem conservative for pollsters because it throws off poll results leading up to the election.
The headlines tell us democrats will win big. If Republicans get off their asses and vote, I don't believe it will happen. But I know I can be wrong; I just don't think so.
Pray people will get out and vote. Pray that when people cast their final ballot, their hearts will be touched, and they will remember American principles and values. Pray that those with hurt feelings from the primaries will put it aside and not let evil win because their candidate lost.
