Spent dec 2022 researching #NeRF s built from archival footage at @NYTimesRD for circumstances in which you can't control the quality of your recordings. Here are some of my favorite captures and notes on the different variables I encountered (excluding the very messy) [1/12]
Also enjoyed thinking about the method of capture : In this ex the NeRF was rendered with a gopro + squirrel suit. The footage was too quick w restricted FoV to generate anything clear, but the access to these spaces w these tools is interesting/new [12/12]
