@ChaseSupport I was trying to fly home to Denver from CDMX today & Ultimate Rewards didn't reissue my ticket when I changed my departure date 3/30. The 866 number doesn't work since I'm out of the country & there's no other way to get help. This is a huge miss for a travel card!
@ChaseSupport The only way I could get on today's flight was if I paid $2800 for business class. So I ended up losing 37,125 points & paying an additional $466.21 for a new flight + accommodations for the night as all other flights were full today.
@ChaseSupport I've been a loyal customer since 2016 and am extremely disappointed with this service 💔
