We first published Instacart’s hidden jobs in California in April 2025 Then in August Instacart threatened to sue Jobs Now for promoting their hidden jobs, and we were forced to take their ads down But we didn’t let them shut us up, and alerted Newsweek and The Hill to Instacarts discrimination So happy to finally see justice for Americans job seekers Instacart unfairly discouraged from applying! Another win for Harmeet!
Major win for protecting U.S. workers! Instacart has agreed to a $5 million settlement for discrimination during PERM recruitment. Thank you @andrealucasEEOC for your partnership in getting a great result and sending a message that this administration holds companies accountable. justice.gov/opa/pr/civil-rig…

Look at the views/likes. This is what younger Americans deal with on a daily basis - a system that is rigged against them in just about every way. This goes well beyond "the economy" that every CEO and government economist claim is awesome.

My general thoughts on AI doomerism is that one of two possibilities are true: - humans have an immaterial soul - humans do not have an immaterial soul If we are merely material, then there is no fundamental difference between us and AI, just substrate and (presently) sophistication. Almost every system of belief system that posits an immaterial soul also posits God. It seems ultimately that we are either faced with silicon-based people, or relying on God for what makes us more distinct than extremely capable computers. I’m fine with either.

These CPS officers have never had anyone crush their narrative like this all while giving them nothing back in return. Two Child Protective Services caseworkers show up at a resident’s front door alleging that threats were made against a family court judge via voicemail. Instead of allowing the confrontation to turn into an informal interrogation, the homeowner shuts down the inquiry at the threshold. Here is the breakdown of why this encounter is a must see and what it reveals about administrative investigations. Jurisdictional Realities vs. Bureaucratic Overreach: As the resident immediately points out, CPS is not a criminal law enforcement agency. If credible, actionable threats had truly been uttered against a judicial officer months prior, the RCMP or local law enforcement would have arrived with an arrest warrant, not social workers conducting an unscheduled fishing expedition. Refusal to Self-Incriminate & "Contracting": When the caseworker attempts to probe into his mental health, the resident firmly refuses to engage, noting he has already undergone an official court assessment that cleared him completely. By keeping the document sealed and refusing to "contract" or answer unprompted questions, he denies the agency the opportunity to extract statements that could be twisted, decontextualized, and used against him in family court filings. Protecting the Curtilage & Enforcing Formal Trespass: Without an active warrant or an exigent emergency involving the immediate safety of a child, caseworkers have no greater legal authority to remain on private property than any standard solicitor. The homeowner repeatedly exercises his property rights, orders them to leave, and places the caseworkers on formal trespass notice the moment they step beyond his property boundary. When government representatives show up without warrants, vague accusations can easily turn into self-inflicted legal traps if you do not understand where their authority ends and your rights begin. Your rights are like your muscles, if you fail to exercise them, they will fade away.
A mystical animal? I never would have thought. The national animal of Scotland is the unicorn. In Celtic mythology, the unicorn symbolized untamable pride, pure chivalric power, and wild freedom—the proud natural rival of the lion, which was adopted by England. King Robert III incorporated the legendary beast into the official Scottish Royal Arms back in the late 1300s, complete with heavy golden chains wrapped around its neck to signify that only a legitimate sovereign could subdue its untamed ferocity.

If ever there were a metaphor for why our nations are in ruin, it's a bunch of Boomers dancing on the banks of the Seine while the sons of the third world burn Paris to the ground.

At the current rate, it won’t be long before they burn the Mona Lisa or take hammers to Michelangelo’s David… The West is destroying itself because weak leaders don’t want to be called mean names.

The results are in. The Ariel pencil test was made with #AI. The color version is the original movie footage. I left both versions unlabeled because I wanted to see how people’s assumptions about AI would affect their judgment. While some of you spotted it right away (I even left a few clues, like the incorrect peg holes and random annotations), the majority of you criticized the color version thinking it was AI and praised the pencil test believing it was #GlenKeane’s original work. That’s the bias against AI I wanted to highlight. People were pointing out supposed AI flaws in the original Disney animation, while praising the AI-generated pencil test for its human touch. If you preferred the pencil version, you can still prefer it. The video hasn’t changed. Only what you know about it has.
You can't even tell it's #AI anymore! Another test brought to life thanks to AI. Tell me again how AI is NOT the future of #2DAnimation. Original animation by the legendary Disney animator #GlenKeane.

To all the republicans celebrating this; be careful what you wish for! This could set a bad precedent What if a democrat administration did something like raid trumps house? Maybe they would even go through his wife’s underwear drawer! Can you imagine how horrible that would be?
BREAKING: Federal agents raid Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar's Washington, D.C., home early Monday morning as part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation. Homeland Security Investigations agents arrived around 6 a.m., with both DHS and the Justice Department involved in the operation. The DOJ confirms agents executed a judicially authorized search warrant, but officials have not publicly disclosed the full scope of the investigation.

Interesting. There’s actually terms for this: relational conformity (how women tend to conform) vs rank conformity (how men tend to conform).
Seems odd to me that women are pressured to conform as a way to stand out and men are pressured to stand out as a way to conform. I’m not sure where going with this just yet.

SECRETARY RUBIO: “Nationalism” became a dirty word. So we tore down our monuments, we condemned our own history, and in too many places we taught our children to be ashamed of the countries they would inherit. In the process we opened our borders, and outsourced our industry, and allowed our militaries to wither and to decay.

My Down syndrome brother Erick is my bleeding heart libtard Aunt Lisa’s pet project. She thinks because he has a disability she’s going to turn him into a liberal Every weekend she invites him to the No Kings protest downtown, and finally last weekend he said yes. This was like a major victory for my Aunt Lisa Erick has a Cricut in his bedroom and he loves the thing. For those that don’t know, it’s a machine that cuts out iron on letters and designs so you can make your own shirts. Well Saturday comes around and Erick comes walking out of his room with a massive smile on his face wearing a shirt he made that says “I’M WITH THE RETARD ->” and a sign that says “FAGGOTS AGAINST TRUMP”. He throws a hoodie on and turns his sign around and Aunt Lisa unwittingly takes him to the protest with her own massive smile of victory Thirty minutes later my mom gets a call from an irate Aunt Lisa who is yelling that Erick is wearing an “offensive shirt” and waving a sign with a “slur”. The funniest part is when she tried to get him back to the car he started pretending he was deaf so now it looks like she’s yelling at this deaf kid with Down syndrome in front of all her woke friends I love this kid

The same playbook is used to hound conservatives out of all other institutions and companies where leftists have dominance. People need to understand how unethical and evil some of these people are in their lust for complete control and power.
🚨HUGE: Democracy Restored mapped the network behind a years-long lawfare campaign targeting conservative lawyers with bar complaints and related filings. 181 actions. 34 jurisdictions in 26 states. Millions in documented funding. And a network of organizations REPEATEDLY targeting many of the same attorneys. One architect said the goal was to “shame them and make them toxic,” weaponizing the law to ruin reputations and careers. Attorneys should not be punished for their work by partisan ideologues with an axe to grind. The overall goal is to make lawyers hesitate to take on conservative clients and issues, leaving Americans with fewer options for legal representation.

The actual cure for student loans is simply to make the schools hold the loan. If the school is on the hook for the loan, it has a real interest in a) charging a price that reflects the future earnings of students and b) taking reasonable measures to ensure the students succeed
