🚨NEW: As @okx/@ICE_Markets face issuer pushback over their TSV, @NYSE adds @Broadridge, @Computershare, @Equiniti (which @Bullish has agreed to acquire) and @SuperstateInc to its network of transfer agent partners, supporting issuer-sponsored tokenized securities on its planned tokenization platform, announced in January and not yet launched. They join @Securitize and @tZERO.
NYSE’s venue is set to launch following regulatory approval and is a separate initiative from OKXICE’s TSV, which falls under the SEC’s Innovation Exemption.

Canton Strategic Holdings ($CNTN) is having @fairmint issue its shares as tokens with the same rights as its Nasdaq shares. They could trade on TSV, a venue on @CantonNetwork, as soon as Nov 2, which might beat OKX-ICE to the first trade under the SEC's new rules.

@Obsidian_llc Co-Founders Ali Abrar and Ryan Trinkle own and manage TSV LLC, the first venue to complete the SEC’s Innovation Exemption process.
TSV plans to begin trading tokenized Canton Strategic Holdings ($CNTN ) shares as early as November 2.
The structure matters :
• TSV LLC - Trading venue
• Obsidian Software - Tradecraft AMM infrastructure
• Fairmint - SEC-registered transfer agent, issuing shares and maintaining the official ownership record
• Canton - Settlement and execution infrastructure
Separately, @TextureCapital and Obsidian are building @tradecraftfi ATS, a FINRA-member-operated platform for secondary trading of tokenized equities, debt and funds on @CantonNetwork .
Texture also has an established connection to @txEcosystem through @SoloTex_com and its RWA infrastructure. The tx network is a default blockchain for all tokenization needs at Texture Capital.
For tx:native, the technology is there. The opportunity is institutional distribution, regulated market access, issuers and liquidity.
The infrastructure is moving from tokenization to actual securities trading.

Its new Vault Risk Assessment (VRA) gives crypto lending vaults a forward-looking grade from AAA(v) to D(v). The grade reflects the risk that depositors' positions get impaired.
How the grade is built :
1️⃣ Portfolio credit quality - the collateral and the infrastructure behind it
2️⃣ Modifiers - curator quality and liquidity mismatch
3️⃣ Caps - blockchain, protocol and vault security. The weakest layer sets the ceiling.
4️⃣ Final grade, then ongoing monitoring
It's not a credit rating, and it says nothing about yield.
Transaction transparency shows what a vault did. Risk transparency asks what it could do next.
