We are liveeeeee! Thank you all for contributing soooo far!!! We are in Day 4 of 30!!
Help us tell this beautiful story for our missing black girls in America.
Tens of thousands of Black girls go missing every year yet they slip through the cracks of a world that was never built to look for them. No headlines. No search parties. No one coming.
GIRL BENEATH THE FLOORBOARD is for every one of them.
We are shooting in Atlanta ❤️

A writer friend of mine was telling how a prominent Black writer/producer told them to get out of the game or figure out a way to pivot because it’s scary out here. Overall deals are gone. Black execs getting the boot. Casting less inclusive. It’s not easy right now.

I'm grateful for @theatlantavoice
for doing a deep dive into our gymnastics team's search for a new location. There is a shortage of competitive gymnastics programs in South Atlanta areas and The Atlanta Voice is keeping a spotlight on the issue. We will be back very soon.

Crowdfunding is, has, been, and will always be extraordinarily hard. But when you want something bad enough it just becomes another thing added to all of the things that got you to your destination. Thank you to everyone who has joined me on this journey! kickstarter.com/projects/dir…

I’m honored to be chosen as the DP for “Breathe” written and directed by the talented @mya_bre17 !
“Breathe” is a poignant coming-of-age short film that explores themes of anxiety, the fear of taking up space, and the struggles with self-doubt.
Check out the story and show your support in making this film happen💕💕💕
