Agents handcuff him behind his back without calling paramedics.

Man with the broken arm's daughter says he was hit on his e-bike by an unmarked car.

As a LESSON for those newer filmmakers... always TEST THINGS before you get to set. My kid rented a Sony CRT TV, borrowed this, and some RCA cables from my every useful cable bins...and IT WORKED!
