Prosecutors say a handler called “Ali,” believed to be acting for Iran, paid a London middleman about £70,000.
There was no bomb. The “bomb” was a message sent to the drivers.

Is the UAE playing both sides in Yemen?

Donors have paid $8 billion in aid to Taliban-ruled Afghanistan since 2021. A new tracker finds only 9% can be followed past the first recipient, and $1.42 billion went to recipients listed as “confidential.”
US watchdogs documented aid partners paying the Taliban $10.9M in taxes, plus forced hiring and diversion. UN monitors say the Taliban pay the TTP leader’s family about $43,000 a month. Money is fungible.

This as Pakistan is cleansing its soil of the millions of illegal Afghans who have lived here for close to 40 years as "refugees."
We can only believe that Americans have realized what Pakistan has known for decades...
