“If you encounter ICE, here’s what every New Yorker should know” — except @NYCMayor's video is in Spanish and walks through not opening the door, checking for a real judicial warrant, staying silent, and walking away if they say you’re free to go. Standard “know your rights” stuff that lawyers say all the time. What’s less standard is the mayor of the biggest city in the country personally delivering it, in Spanish, right as federal agents are doing their job.
Every faction in Iran can use that line. It also joins a longer ledger: Clinton in 2009, “the people we are fighting today, we funded 20 years ago,” with Pakistan left holding the aftermath.

Two men are now charged over RAF Fairford, under the National Security Act, not terrorism law.
Prosecutors say a handler called “Ali,” believed to be acting for Iran, paid a London middleman about £70,000.
There was no bomb. The “bomb” was a message sent to the drivers.
