Federal judges have become the true kings of our justice system. They answer to no one, exercise enormous power, and act as though they are above the law. Our justice system has lost its way, and my daughter Elizabeth’s case is a painful example of that failure. She was denied her constitutional right to a fair and impartial trial. No judge should have the power to disregard constitutional protections without being held accountable.

🚨BREAKING: Michigan Democrat Fay Beydoun, close ally and donor to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, hit with 16 felony charges for allegedly stealing $20 million in state taxpayer funds.
Beydoun, a prominent businesswoman, was appointed by Whitmer to a key state board overseeing economic development grants. Prosecutors say she used forged documents to secure a massive $20 million earmark, then funneled the money for personal expenses and her own enrichment.

A magistrate judge just threw out the case against two former FBI officials charged with lying to Congress about Hunter Biden's laptop.
His name is Zia Faruqui. No president nominated him. No Senate confirmed him. The judges of the federal court in Washington hired him in 2020, the way every magistrate is hired.
February 2021: he ordered Couy Griffin, the Cowboys for Trump founder, held in jail before trial. Griffin never set foot inside the Capitol building.
May 2026: he told Cole Allen, the man charged with trying to assassinate President Trump at the Correspondents' Dinner, "Mr. Allen, I'm sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to."
Today: no probable cause that Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides lied. His word for the Justice Department's case was "weaponization."
Floris ran the FBI's Foreign Influence Task Force in 2020 and told House Judiciary she did not "have any details about the laptop." Benavides, her section chief, told them he learned the FBI had it from WIKIPEDIA. The sworn affidavit has him messaging the case team two days after the New York Post story: "when was that seized?" The answer came back: 12/9/2019.
The Justice Department never took this to a grand jury. It still can.
He threw out the paperwork. Nobody can throw out the laptop. 💎

Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui in Washington, D.C. dismissed the case against Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, former leaders of the FBI's Foreign Influence Task Force.
They were charged with lying to the House Judiciary Committee in 2023. Benavides claimed he learned the FBI had the laptop from Wikipedia.
Faruqui was not picked by any President.
He was selected by the D.C. federal court and sworn in by Chief Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee.
This is the same pattern. Clinton appointed Judge Cameron Currie tossed the cases against James Comey and Letitia James.
When people say no one is being arrested, they need to realize President Trump's Department of Justice is up against an entire army of leftist activist judges appointed by Obama and Biden, and even some establishment RINOs appointed by Republicans, including some President Trump appointed when he got bad advice on them.
The judicial tyranny continues.

Zia Faruqui— and my longtime followers are familiar with his name—is a magistrate judge. Not appointed by the president, not confirmed by the Senate.
He signed hundreds of J6 arrest warrants including on the unlawful 1512c2 charge. He refused to release Couy Griffin, accused of 2 misdemeanors, from custody.
Last year, he actually apologized to a guy accused of pointing lasers at Secret Service agents and the president’s helicopter after he was charged.
Once again - the abject failure of Congressional Republicans to hold ANY of these judges accountable continues to reverberate in the hopelessly corrupt, unaccountable DC courthouse.

Judge Faruqui—a former federal prosecutor himself—said the government made a number of errors in their "slapdash job" of a case. He said there was no evidence presented before the court that the FBI agents' statements were knowingly false or material. He said the government failed to establish a motive for why the agents would make false statements.
He told prosecutors it was "incredibly unfair" that the DOJ sent into court with such a weak case. "This does not feel like an investigation," Faruqui said. "It feels like a broken one-wish willow obsession."
He added that he was "deeply troubled by what has happened here in this case," and that what happened "cannot be described as anything other than weaponization."
"It was a rush to charge, and that was a mistake," Faruqui said of the case.
